Needs updated and cleaned
The staff were all very nice and as helpful as they could be and our actual room was clean and nice. However, the lobby and common areas inside and out need to be cleaned and updated. The disinfectant spray, which has a "clean" smell is used everywhere and you can smell various odors once it starts wearing off. The main restaurant was not open, the Town Center is just like a normal hotel and the outdoor bar was closed a lot as a result of credit card processing (more like short staffed issues). Maid service is not provided at all, unlike the advertisement for this site, and one must call the front desk for new towels, trash bags, etc. We enjoyed the ocean, North Myrtle and our room to some extent. The advertisement for this site needs to be revised. The conditions and service at the site do not warrant the price one pays. I hope ownership/property management can get it fiured out. Good luck,
