Our condo is located right by the beautiful cherry grove inlet! Unit 305. One bedroom with one queen bed, fold out queen sized couch, and a washer & dryer!

Pool and hot tub are both located indoor

Cherry Grove is a quiet beachfront area that has been ranked by TripAdvisor as the #11 best beach nationwide. The beach in front of the unit is never overcrowded and a lifeguard is on duty in season. A few hundred yards down the beach the inlet meets the ocean and the sunrises and nature are breathtaking. The property is away from the congestion but just a short drive or uber ride to the action. You'll find this condo in a scenic salt marsh area with colorful and fascinating wildlife. Relax on the oceanfront balcony and watch the waves roll in. Heritage Shores Nature Preserve at the end of 56th Avenue North is a natural island in the salt marsh with hiking trails, boardwalks, observation decks, picnic shelters and lots more eco-friendly fun.

This is a great location, quiet and free of the commercialized Grand Strand. It is an easy drive to all the entertainment attractions, over 100 golf course, shopping centers, and restaurants along the Grand Strand of Myrtle Beach. Accessible from Myrtle Beach or Wilmington airports (3 and 1/2 hours from Raleigh/Durham airport).

Excellent Getaway!!!
Lovely condo! Excellent views of the ocean on third floor. Parking was great, with being located not far from unit on same floor. Highly recommend this place for a two person vacation.

Great Stay at North Myrtle Beach!
Tried Cherry Grove in North Myrtle Beach. Enjoyed the location and that it wasn’t too crowded. The rental we had was oceanfront. It was clean and well kept. Only steps from the beach. Looking forward to going back!

Clean but has issues
Condo is clean as pictured, but sleeping is the problem. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, but the air conditioning unit is located inside a closet with louvre doors. This unit is extremely loud when coming on and stays loud the entire time it is running. My husband had to sleep in the living room on the pull out sofa. I tried to stay in the bedroom and used earplugs, but could still hear the noise it was so loud. The bedroom closet that was for clothes, had no hangers. We had to go purchase hangers to hang up our clothes. There are two nightstands and a small dresser to put your clothes in, but I prefer to hang up my clothes. The TV in the living room is difficult to navigate and once I did figure out the Spectrum cable box, there was not a remote for the box. The only remote controlled the actual TV, but not the cable box. I did not want to stand in front of the TV to constantly change the channel. The sliding glass door to the balcony did not lock! We used one of our beach umbrella poles to place in the track to keep the door secure at night and when leaving the Condo. On a positive note, the parking was very convenient right outside the unit. The unit is perfect for two, but I would not recommend any additional people. It is a clean condo, but it would be great if they fixed the A/C unit as this makes the stay miserable if you can’t get a good nights sleep.

Building hallways looked and smelled terrible, unit had some nice updates, slider needs replacement no lock, handle broken, TV's Internet terrible system... Bed way too small for two adults.. definitely not a premier unit.. very disappointed

Great weekend celebrating our son’s wedding!
My husband and I loved staying at this property. It was very clean, and super cute. Fantastic location! The parking garage made loading and unloading your vehicle easy. We enjoyed coffee on the porch facing the beach in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. All of the restaurants were delicious and well priced. I plan on coming back for another quick trip soon!

AGAIN!
We would stay here again! We are long time NMB visitors, although it has been a couple since we have visited and we had never stayed at Cherry Grove Beach. We were here while spouse volunteered at the Myrtle Beach Classic golf tournament. The area was quiet, and the beach wide and clean. We enjoyed the condo, and although small, was just right for the 2 of us, with what look to be newer appliances, and refurbished bathroom. The building was clean, well-kept. We hope to return for next yrs tournament!

Great location!
This was a cute little condo, clean and well furnished. A couple of things since my 70 plus mom was with me: The bathroom had a very old tub with shower head and was difficult for her to get in and out of and did not feature a grab bar. The elevator was easy access, but there are some stairs to go down to get to the deck. Just a heads up for anyone with an older traveler. We had a wonderful (but chilly) week and the condo was just right for two.

Could not get warm enough, thermostat appeared to be limited. Patio door would not stay on tract nor lock. Paper towel holder too close to commode, eventually fell off wall. Tub too high to step in with bottom slick. Drawers in bathroom vanity will not stay shut when one drawer was opened. Bed too close to wall to walk to exterior side of room without tripping on dust ruffle or cane slipping. Furnace too loud it made sleep difficult. Height of door thrust made difficulty in crossing with scooter. Could not change language on TV to English. There was no other media for news or music.

Needs some work
Its small, but clean. Its a little older, but you can tell some updates have been made. The kitch ceiling light didnt work. The light in the living room ceiling fan didnt work. The balcony door didnt close the whole way,, which was a little concerning since there was scaffolding at our section of the building. The listing says hot tub and heated pool. The hot tub was broken. A person who lives there told us it was down for 3 weeks and the pool isnt heated.

Disappointed
I was disappointed in the condition of the condo. The bathroom was very dated, needed work. The sliding glass door to the patio was broken, the bed was very uncomfortable. The toilet paper holder was broken as well.

A Perfect Getaway!
This rental unit is right on the beach and very near Cherry Grove point where there is lots to explore at low tide. This is a quiet spot in a residential area away from the shops, etc. and this suited us perfectly. We drove a few miles to eat out in the evenings but otherwise stayed on the beach all day. The property was spotless and nicely furnished. The queen bed was comfy. There were 2 huge TV's and the kitchen was stocked with all pots, pans, and utensils needed for cooking, dish soap, and paper towels. There is a Keurig but you need to bring your own coffee pods. The bathroom includes a tub with jets, and shower with good water pressure, and towels. The balcony overlooks the beach and has two chairs and a table, and a roof overhead. Another nice feature is the parking garage that has parking on each floor of the building, so we were able to park very close to our unit. I highly recommend this place!

Cozy little condo
We had a pleasant stay. Property was very clean. Fully stocked kitchen made preparing meals a breeze. We loved the ocean front view! Bed and couch were both very comfortable. The only complaints I have are- There were no instructions provided on how to get into swimming pool room. We had to be let an by another guest, and when we did get in there was a sign on the wall stating that our infant (who had on a pool safe diaper) was not allowed in the pool. Also, the “heated” indoor pool was cold. Other than that, highly recommend!

Anniversary get-away
We stayed for a week and Sea Pointe and outside was so clean and neat. Upon entering unit it looked like the online photos, very clean and thankful for a washer/dryer. The A/C was strong and very cold which was good as was the shower pressure. They had two large TV's and the couch was very comfortable and we used the balcony so often and loved the tall chair set. I did cook most mornings and a few evenings and would have loved a toaster, a few sharp knives and a pizza pan but I made it work. The only negative was the mattress killed my back and hips and the loud AC unit next to the bed, I had to sleep on the sofa. We did love the quiet of the area.
