We will be available via the AirBNB messenger throughout the duration of your stay. While we always strive to respond within (1) hour of your message, response times may be slower during the hours of 10:00p-7:00a (EST).

Family Fun House is located at the gated Dye Estates section within Barefoot Resort & Golf. Barefoot Resort & Golf is a master planned community located in North Myrtle Beach, is amenity-rich, and has something for everyone:

✓ Golf (0.7 miles) - open to the public, go play a round at the Norman, Love, or Fazio championship golf courses.

✓ North Tower Resort Pool (0.9 miles) - a 15,000 SQFT outdoor swimming pool located directly on the Intracoastal Waterway with free parking and is adjacent to the Marina Bar & Grill. Key fob is required for entry and will be provided within the townhome.

✓ Putter's Pub & Driving Range (1.0 mile) - an easygoing bar with a driving range as the backdrop serving burgers & brick-oven pizza amid 20+ TVs airing sports.

✓ Barefoot Marina - (0.9 miles) - located on the Intracoastal Waterway adjacent to the North Tower Pool and behind the Marina Bar & Grill is the marina. Whether you're wanting a Riverboat Cruise, Pontoon rental, or Fishing Charter, the marina is close by to enjoy a fun day on the water.

✓ Marina Bar & Grill - (0.9 miles) - located next to the North Tower pool and directly in front of the marina is a laidback bar environment with indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway.

✓ Barefoot Landing - (1.3 miles) - a warm Southern welcome awaits you here at this incredible mega entertainment village. From boutique shops, restaurants, fine dining, nightlife, entertainment, live music, concert hall, events, and more, there is something for everyone here and is a MUST SEE.

✓ Barefoot Market & Café - (0.8 miles) - open 7 days per/week for everyday conveniences, eat-in, takeaway meals, wine, and beer.

✓ Free parking is available in the DEDICATED driveway of our home. We can only accommodate a MAX of (3) vehicles. Parking on the street, in neighbors driveways, and blocking of neighbors driveways are STRICTLY prohibited and can subject your vehicle(s) to being towed at your expense. Overflow parking is available at the Barefoot Resort Clubhouse.

✓ On-site community amenities can be accessed by vehicle, golf cart, or walk.

✓ Shuttle service available during select times of the year for beach access

*** Parties, loud music, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are to be observed starting at 10:00p (EST). Noise and smoke monitoring devices could be installed as a means for party prevention to respect our home and surrounding neighbors.

*** Ring doorbell cameras are installed to confirm accurate guest count

2.) We can only accommodate a MAX of (3) vehicles, which MUST be parked in our dedicated driveway ONLY. Parking on the street, in neighbors driveways, or blocking of neighbors driveways will result in your vehicle(s) being towed at your expense.

3.) Failure to return the pool pass to the front door entry table upon checkout will result in a $250.00 fee.

4.) Motorcycles, golf carts, boat trailers, boats, campers, motor homes, and tractors are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

5). As per HOA policy, the use of grills, fire pits, or any other fire related item are strictly prohibited from use on any of the outdoor patios and decks.

6.) There are full time residents living in the neighborhood. No loud music or excessive noise are permitted; quiet hours MUST be observed starting at 10:00p (EST).

Failure to abide by our house rules could result in an immediate eviction.
