Here, the mix of coastal contemporary convenience sets the stage for an extraordinary and enjoyable stay.

From the moment you arrive, you'll be greeted by the tranquil sounds of the ocean and the breathtaking views of the beach. Step inside to discover a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with elegant and comfortable furniture, large screen Smart TV's throughout, along with a fully equipped kitchen complete with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and all the appliances you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay.

The renovated primary bedroom offers a relaxing spa bathroom with a gorgeous walk-in shower, along with a large screen TV and a comfy king-size bed for the ultimate relaxation. Easy access convenient USB charging ports and AC plugs. The second bedroom is equally inviting with two queen beds, a large screen TV, and an abundance of USB charging ports.

Convenience is paramount, with private covered parking with luggage carts near the elevators, high-speed wireless internet, a washer and dryer, and more at your disposal.

Your condo has a private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or take in the sunset over the ocean. Relax and unwind in style in the bldg with water features including:
● 2 pristine pools (1 indoor which is heated, 1 outdoor),
● Lazy river which is heated, and
● two inviting hot tubs (1 indoor and 1 outdoor).

There is shower towels, hand towels and wash cloth in the unit in a decent amount, and if you need, there is washer and dryer, there is white pool towels located at the pool area, and a return basket down there, that they have to be returned to. only towel not provided is beach towels!

Beautiful view and great location.
We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The amenities of the building were great and we enjoyed the pool, hot tub and lazy river. There is easy access to the beach from this property with many great restaurants and golf courses a short drive away.

One of the best
One of the best condo's we have rented for our vacation, Nicely updated, all the way down to the decor. A very nice location, in North Myrtle Beach. It was very comfortable and quiet which lead to a relaxing vacation. Couldn't have been better. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was exactly as described! My goal was to wake up and have my coffee enjoying the sounds and sights of the ocean and that is EXACTLY what I got! Leading up to and including our day of arrival, our host was easy to communicate with and quite gracious (we had no issues!) A+++

We enjoyed our stay. The tropical storm had us leaving a day early but no one can control the weather. We left a few articles behind because of our rush to get ahead of the storm...shaver, two coffee travel thermoses... However, except for the storm at the end of our stay we enjoyed the property, the beach, and the restaurants.

This was the absolute best trip. The place is beautiful and right on the beach. I thought we would be closer to things to walk to but we had to Uber. Overall the best short friends trip Ever!!!!!!

Beautiful and Clean Place to Stay
Beautiful condo! Beautiful view! Very clean! The host thought of everything one could need or want. The freezer even had a ice maker! Felt at home. Good location. Price was reasonable for all this condo offered. The host was very responsive quickly. 5 star recommendation.

Family vacation
We made a short family trip before our oldest heads to college! The condo itself was as advertised and had all we needed! The beach was steps away and the condo is right near a chair/umbrella rental station!! The site facilities could be updated a little bit but, as I said, the condo was GREAT!!

Perfect for our family of 5
We took our three kids (10 and under) on their first beach trip and this condo was perfect for us. We had plenty of space and took full advantage of the balcony. The proximity to the beach can’t be beat—I loved sitting in outdoor hot tub while looking at the ocean while the kids hopped from pool to pool to lazy River. It was nice to be close to Myrtle Beach, but have the benefit of the peace of North Myrtle. The building was quiet and the drive to everything you need is short. The parking garage is a little tricky if you have a large vehicle, but there’s a surface lot across the street for guests to use if needed.

Great Unit
Everything was great within the unit, beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed for our stay. Our only dislike had to do with the resort and nothing to do with the owners. It was almost like accessibility was an after thought here. We had a 1 year old a 7 year old special needs and a 6 year old, in order to gain access to the beach we had to navigate outside the building and through the entire pool area to be able to navigate anything with wheels, having to go through the pool area to do that was a hassle with a wagon and small children one with special needs. other than that the owners of the condo were amazing!

Very nice, clean, and accommodating!
The room was very clean and smelled great! The kitchen had all that we needed to cook full meals, the bathrooms had nice plush towels/wash clothes, and the two queen/full beds in the second room worked well for our family! We will stay again! Thanks for the stay.

Quality Oceanfront Condo
The condo was newly renovated and was nice and clean with very nice bathrooms. Nice size dining table with lazy susan. Beds were large and very comfortable. Large HD TVs in both bedrooms and in living room. This place checked all the boxes for us. The resort is a little dated but overall nice with beach access from pool area. We would definitely stay her again and Henrik was a great communicator.

It was the greatest condo we have found so far! First it smelled really good from the first day to the last! The master bedroom shower was the coolest shower i have ever seen! The towels and the sheets were as good as we have at home and 3 huge TV screens in every room. Next year we will book the condo because i don't think we could find a better one!

Simply Amazing!
Henrik didn’t miss a beat on this condo! His unit is immaculate! It is freshly remodeled and absolutely stunning. He didn’t miss a single detail on designing and picking out the most comfortable mattresses, furniture, fixtures, etc. The view is amazing and the location is perfect. You are close to everything without having to be in the hustle and bustle of a crowd. The u it is easy to access and getting to the beach is a piece of cake. I will most definitely be back again soon!

Luxury by the sea!
We spent a long weekend in this beautifully appointed unit with an amazing view of the beach and enjoyed every minute. The view from the balcony and the privacy provided make you feel you are in a world all your own! The beach access couldn’t be any closer, or easier, and an added bonus is that there is a chair rental directly outside the building, so no lugging chairs on a hot day. The unit was easy to access and very safe. Wristbands and access codes are required to enter the pool area, so we were comfortable that only those staying at our facility were using the area. The owner’s contact was accessible and easy to work with. Welcome instructions for the unit were very clear and well thought out. Never having been here before, we appreciated the restaurant recommendations and agree, Dino’s and LuLu’s are great! Even when the weather didn’t cooperate, we took advantage of the indoor pool, hot tub and lazy river. The high-end finishes, from the defogging mirror to the fabulous spa master shower make this unit stand out from all others. We also appreciated the many nice touches around the unit, like extra charging ports, dimming lights, and ample storage in the bedrooms. While we were only two people, the unit can comfortably accommodate up to 6, perfect for a friend’s getaway or family visit. The unit was exceptionally clean and well stocked with lots of cups, plates, and kitchen gadgets. We will definitely be back to this unit soon!

Spectacular getaway!!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and can’t say enough about the beautiful accommodations. Prior to arrival we received timely and thorough communications. Upon entry, it was very evident that it had just undergone a full renovation, with new flooring throughout, gorgeous new furniture, appliances and was beautifully appointed with tasteful art and decor. Both bathrooms also have been fully renovated and are amazing, including the primary bathroom which has an amazing large waterfall shower head with plenty of water pressure as well as backlit non-fogging mirrors. Beds were all comfortable with quality linens. We prepared breakfast and our lunches in the condo and found all the necessary cookware and utensils. We ate out at several great nearby restaurants. Crave has a fantastic Italian menu with a great bar and has awesome Happy Hour with reasonable drinks and apps! We also enjoyed a nice dinner at Joes Bar and Grill, which is known for its steaks and unique decor. We always enjoyed coming back to the condo and relaxing on the oceanfront patio and soaking in the views and fresh salt air. When we first arrived, weather forecast looked wetter than usual. Fortunately we had multiple days with perfect temps and sunshine. We spent a good portion of our days on the beautiful beach and by the pool. We also enjoyed a nice boat ride on the inter coastal waterway and lunch and drinks at Boardwalk Billy’s and live music and drinks at “Locals”. 5 star review!!! We will be back!

Perfect Beach Getaway
Such a relaxing and quiet environment, a perfect getaway! Owners have left no stone unturned in choice renovations as well as welcoming, thoughtfully accommodating extra touches. Tastefully decorated with upscale, modern, simplistic, and well-placed furnishings, and calming mellow vibe, yet cheerful pops of color. Meticulously clean, with plenty of bath, bedroom, and kitchen needs provided. Feels comfortably homey, but with new luxuries. Resort is a chill, small, well maintained boutique with clean pools / spa areas and friendly people with immediate access to beach and parking. Quiet location, yet just blocks from restaurants (including one a 10 minute stroll via beach), mini golf, and stores, plus a few resort conveniences (luggage cart, vending, and seasonal, very affordable continental breakfast). Excellent place to relax at the beach!
