"This property was perfect for our family of fours stay in San Diego. The proximity to the beach and restaurants was amazing, and the size of the property was great. The unit was clean and modern and the balcony was perfect for coffee in the morning. "

"Great little place, living room, kitchen, bedroom, everything you need just a little bit away from the ocean in one direction and the bay in the other "

"Time spent on the front porch watching the ocean and the boardwalkers go by was worth the price alone! Being just one house in from the boardwalk was actually better than being right on it. Also, when the May gray rolled in, we could adjourn to the private upstairs patio for warmer shelter without leaving the fresh air. What a great way to spend a week in San Diego."

"The home was clean and the listing was accurate! The house is walking distance to several restaurants, bars, the beach, etc. Having a garage to park our rental car in was super convenient!! The owners have thought about all the needs for those renting the home. We will definitely rent this place again! "

"We enjoyed the easy access to Mission beach. We were able to watch surfers and dolphins from the large windows in the living area. The bedrooms were as described and the beds were very comfortable."

"Would have given 5 stars, because the property is clean and spacious and the host communicated well, but we had a couple minor issues. There were ants in the kitchen near the sink the whole time no matter how much we cleaned, the gutter is missing a piece right over the door so we got dripped on in the mornings and had a wet door mat which made it hard to keep from tracking dirty footsteps in, many drawers didn’t open easily or at all in rooms, and the pullout sofa bed appeared to have broken...

The location is perfect, right in the heart of Mission Beach and just steps from the beach on both the bay and ocean sides. Lots of good restaurants within easy walking distance. We will be back!"

"We loved our stay here! The place was clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable, and we had everything we needed. We cooked everyday, and had a little trouble with the stove at first, but Ryan kindly came over to show us how to operate it. Their place is close to everything-the beach, restaurants, airport and train station. Restaurants and beaches are very close within walking distance. You do not need a car to stay here. We can’t wait to come back!"

"Beautiful house right on the beach. Everything you need in a house plus a hot tub on the roof. Great outdoor furniture on the decks for morning coffee or sunset watching from the roof. There is plenty to do nearby and it's a short walk for stores and great food. I would book this place again for sure. We had a blast."

"Wonderful comfortable and spacious room with private patio area! Full kitchen with dishwasher, full fridge, microwave, bar set, stovetop, and coffee machine! Beautiful bathroom with antifog mirror, showerhead and handheld shower, very comfortabel bed, table with 2 chairs, and beautiful full length mirror. I cannot wait to stay here on my next trip to San Diego!!"
