Coming from Toronto, I didn’t know how to use the heating, even after reading the manuals. Gabriella was very quick to respond and help. "The location is excellent, close to tube, nice little restaurants and a fabulous cafe nearby. Wonderful walks down the park and fairly quiet as well. It was easy to check in and flat was cozy and comfortable. The pillowcases needed a wash. The overall experience was excellent- we’d love to visit again! Thank you!"

"Personally, I really like the location. It's in London but not in the touristy part of the city. As an American who has lived in London before, the tourists areas are very annoying. This was much more peaceful. Nevertheless, getting to that side of London is very easy (use TFL app) and you can even take a train to other cities like Manchester via London Euston station because it's direct on that line.
