Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Quiet residential neighborhood in Liberty Centre. Only a few blocks away from some wonderful restaurants. Great for short family stays and has everything needed for traveling professionals.

Walking distance from Field House Brewing, Bluebird Cafe, Tin Roost, Red's Alehouse, Sushiya, Rusciano's, Fiesta Mexican Restaurant, and many more within 1/2 mile.

Just 7 minutes from Coral Ridge Mall. Just 15 minutes from Kinnick Stadium, Carver Hawkeye, and UI Hospitals and Clinics. Less than 20 minutes from the Eastern Iowa Airport and Cedar Rapids.

Bookings are available six (6) months in advance.

Bad experience
I chose to book this home because of the backyard and the table set up that they had with the grill. It does not have a table set back there. Also, they invaded my privacy by going on my social media stalking me. The hostess is creepy and I wouldn’t advise anyone to stay here Because he’s been on my social media platform on my page

Great Stay
My sons and I stayed here for Thanksgiving since two of us live in Iowa and two of us live in California. This house is close to our old neighborhoods, though it's not in the Wickham neighborhood as advertised. Everything else was as advertised and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!!! The owner was super communicative throughout the stay.

Spotless spacious duplex with thoughtful amenities
The duplex was exactly as described and immaculate. We were especially impressed with the plush carpeting and the spacious bedrooms. Another nice touch was that the TV is set up for guest mode so that it forgets all your login info on the day of checkout. We only used the kitchen for takeout food, so we can't comment on all its features, but it had everything we required and then some. Check in was easy, and the host communicated with us well. Our stay was a pleasure all around.

Friend reunion
Great place for 4 friends to get together for a College reunion and football game. Your home was very welcoming, clean and comfortable, with supplies for everything we might need over the weekend. The location to Iowa City and football stadium was good. Several restaurants were nearby.

Overall it was was very nice. Bedrooms were roomy & beds very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking, serving & storage equipment. Family was happy with our stay. Couple items: When we arrived, I had to vacuum up cereal all over the floor. Upstairs hall lite flickered like a strobe lite. A nite lite in the upstairs hallway would be nice as it is very dark & mirrors & wastebaskets in the bedrooms.

Loved the fireplace, nice kitchen and bedrooms. Comfortable beds. Could have used extra blankets. Couldn't figure out the tv in the master bedroom (maybe remote didn't work or needed batteries).

Very clean and spacious place to stay. Kitchen is well stocked! Comfortable beds! If you’re looking for a place to stay close to Amana colonies , Hoover presidential library, or Iowa City it’s perfect!

Great house. Location was very nice for day trips to Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, and the Amana colonies. The house was very comfortable and spacious for our group of 5. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome girls getaway
Four friends and I stayed here for a long weekend to escape our everyday lives. Loved the property. Clean, as expected, plenty of room to hang out in front of the fireplace. Only negative would be the beds weren’t real soft, but we managed to have an amazing time. The nice basement is a bonus space too!

The property was clean and spacious, but felt warm and cozy at the same time. We enjoyed our stay during winter and look forward to staying here in the spring when we visit family. Very good value.

Stay in North Liberty
The house was great! My husband was able to work in the office during our visit - he had great internet connection and speed. The king sized bed in the master was comfy. It was quite convenient to have the large washer and dryer available. The carpeting is the softest and squishiest I’ve ever felt. Our favorite was the cozy gas fireplace! Everything was spotless and Greg checked in with us to make sure all was good. We would be happy to stay here again!

Our First Time
All in all, a good property, and a very good stay. Location worked out better than expected. We underplanned and started looking too late. Our group was 18 months to 86 years old. And it was our first experience with not staying in hotels. This property got us through the Thanksgiving Holiday in good order. Greg was cooperative and responded well to communications. We appreciate his flexibility. The 86 year old had a bit of a tough time with the 2nd floor bedrooms, but that was our own fault. The house had all appropriate safety features.

Girls weekend
Property very clean and set up great! Had everything we needed. Couches are little low to the ground. The back yard faces street but it was not loud traffic. Host was very communicative and the entry/exit easy. Each of the three bedrooms were spacious.
