"The host never contacted us with information on the property so as check in approached I sent a message requesting details on access to the property. I got no response. I reached out to Vrbo directly, they also tried to call the host and were not able to reach Sofia. We had to last minute book three hotel rooms nearby which was a big inconvenience as we had booked two houses right nearby each other for our team that was traveling together. Kind of defeated the purpose of booking houses vs hotel...

"Loved everything about it! Owner was very accommodating and great at getting back to me on questions. Loved the boat slip for boat we rented. Restaurants were close by and great food! Loved the accommodations… absolutely adorable and clean! Went snorkeling .. loved being able to see sunrise and sunset! Very comfortable bed. Loved wrap around balcony. Loved acess to ice machine and free kayaks. CAN’T WAIT TO GO BACK‼"

"Covered porch was nice for time outside. Inside was in need of work. Closets unfinished, no place to put any luggage, advertises a king bed and a queen bed, but only had a king and a full, no tp, or tissue products when we arrived. None of the above were deal breakers but just allot of small things that add up to frustration."

"We traveled to Miami for our wedding with our children and grandchildren and this house was absolutely perfect. The outside amenities were amazing, the inside was clean and bright. The kitchens had all of the necessary items needed for our chef to prepare amazing meals. We all enjoyed the large pool and pool bar, as well as the sports court, trampoline, and play sets for the kids. Our group consisted of 13 people, seven adults and six children.The property was immaculate and the host were very supportive and helpful in helping us navigate to local attractions. The host provided an early morning breakfast for our first morning there, which was very helpful since we checked in late due to flight delays.
