"Property is true to the listing!! Pretty, clean, spacious, stocked with linen and kitchen supplies! Walkable to the beach (basically on the beach 1 minute walk down the drive to the water) gorgeous bathrooms, incredible group seating with an outside fire pit and a great covered deck. There is also an incredible winery just 5 minutes away from the VRBO. We are already raving about how wonderful this listing is we are very thankful for the owner’s hospitality. "

"We enjoyed staying on the edge of Mt Maunganui main shopping area a close to but not on the main streets. A ideal location for a retired fit couple. Something which might improve the place is maybe some colour on the walls and actual bedside lights as reading a book before going to sleep is a challenge with present lighting."
