"Fantastic last minute find after our initial booking was cancelled. We absoutley loved the little village of Bayfield. We enjoyed our early morning bike rides to Clan Gregor Square and Pioneer Park in the afternoon to watch the sunset. The cottage had everything we needed to make our stay away from home perfect. We are looking forward to coming back that way soon. Jackie, Ed & Callum"

"You can tell the owners love this cottage. So many thoughtful details and care in this home. we stayed for two nights and definitely could have stayed longer. A quick note- both neighbours are very close as the property is beautiful but narrow. They were blasting music very loudly most of the day and both nights but graciously turned it down when we asked, but we could still hear it through the walls. This is not something the owners can control though. Normally I wouldn't care about music but...

"Was a beautiful property nice beach although the stairs going down to it were dangerous they need to be rebuilt also bbq tanks were empty cost me 40 dollars to get a tank One of my friends stepped on a fastener going down steps it went through his shoe and into his foot overall it was a great stay"

"This property is a dog owners dream! Huge fenced backyard so you don't have to have your pup on leash all the time and we had access to a private beach which my bulldog loved. We used the beach daily and never ran into another person on it. The town of Bayfield has water bowls for dogs outside most shops and again our bulldog was welcome most places in town. All of this made vacationing with our dog really easy - which was initially a worry of ours when booking time away from home."

"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed an extra long-weekend in this beautifully bright and modern house. We have been to Bayfield many times before and love exploring the town and the surrounding areas, but on this occasion, we found the house and private garden too enjoyable to leave for long. It was an exceptional break that provided peace and tranquility from our busy lives. We highly recommend!"

"First off, the listing is not accurate - it states "5 bedrooms", it's 3 bedrooms, a sunroom and a loft. As well two bed pictures in the listing were not in the space we rented - this should be fixed. One of the "queen beds" was actually two box springs and a 2 inch foam piece - not even remotely useable. The kitchen is well equipped, but when we got there 2 of the 3 pot lights over the sink as well as the light over the stove was out-we replaced what we could. The space is large for sure, but...

"This cottage is styled so beautifully - with calming neutral tones & vintage finds. The stone fireplace was nice to have (and pretty to look at) on the chilly nights. It's a very comfortable space to be in! The covered side porch is a nice extension to the living space in warmer weather & a great spot to watch the sunrise over the back field. "We all had such a wonderful time. So close the Goderich, approx. 15 minute walk, and the beach. So much room inside and outside (huge yard which my 6 year old grad-daughter enjoyed). Large deck to sit and relax. A truly beautiful place. Would highly recommend and we all hope to return."

"My husband, 21 year old daughter and our dog had a lovely stay at Huron Time. Our only issue was operating the shower and getting the bath drain to open otherwise we had a very lovely stay! Property is modern, very clean and very close to the beach and town. Highly recommend! :)"

"That Peaceful Place has a wonderful old fashioned cottage feel with all the modern conveniences. We appreciated the peaceful forest location while still being close to the beach and town. Would suggest taking bikes to travel around Bayfield. We will definitely return for another stay."

"Well appointed rental - inside and out. We especially loved the upper deck - view of the lake and a fire table. Jennifer provided all the info we needed and answered texts quickly. Upon arrival, there was treat waiting for us and our dog. Sweet."
