Fall Foliage
Busy street and property difficult to find. Property address hard to find. Bathroom door in master bedroom didn’t close and floor uneven throughout the home. Bedroom door doesn’t open all the way due to space constriction. The sheets were dirty we found human hair all over them. Couches have big holes that’s why they have blankets or throws covering them. The rental is next to two Inns. No washer or dryer or dishwasher. Heater/fireplace made noise. Internet was very intermittent. We think it was shared with the two Inns next door to the property. The home has many doors to the outside . It seems they took a few rooms and converted to one house. Distance from parking lot to home entry is a bit of a hill and then stairs to the home.

Rustic Cabin in North Conway
Comfy cabin in an amazing location. Hiking, biking, trains, day trips etc. This place is a large house where you can stretch out. Food scene in North Conway is also amazing. We had Muddy Moose which was good. Taste of Thai was money as was Luchador Tacos. Market Basket hot prepared foods were choice too.

Couldn't stay...had to find hotel
Terrible experience where we showed up at 5pm after leaving home at 10am and stopping along way to fix up family grave site for about 75min in 93 degree heat hoping to shower and go eat and play mini golf like we always do on this annual trip. Luckily property manager pulled in at same time as he had no record of us booking. I had his name and # from EVOLVE (3rd party to VRBO). He was a nice guy but told us property had not been cleaned and didn't know if he could even get someone there. He allowed my daughter to use bathroom as we tried to figure it out. My wife went in and house was 86 degrees! There were no A/C units that were clearly listed in listing on VRBO. He confirmed that there was no A/C. At that point, 30min after getting to property (which looks run down when you pull up, but wife said it was nice inside so whatever I guess), I told him we would not be taking property and he completely understood. I spent the next hour trying to contact other properties that may be able to take us with a 25lb dog to no avail. Finally we decided that we would only stay one night at a hotel in 2 rooms and pay the dog fee ($460 total). We always book single family home as our dog barks at any sounds when we are away which would be unfair to others. We realized we couldn't leave him in the hotel and do something as simple as go out to dinner or mini golf. We made the best of the next morning and left a day+ earlier than expected. EVOLVE response was lackluster at best ...never use

Great Place to Stay
The overall size of the cottage was more than enough for my spouse, myself and our yellow lab. We spent our vacation hiking so it was a convenient location as well when we traveled to the white mountains. And as a vegan I liked that it was within close proximity to a number of vegan friendly options.

Property was attached to a old bed and breakfast ( that was beautiful in its day) that is now a run down apartment building last night of our stay there was a brawl in parking lot police were called the inside of the “cottage” was ok was recently remolded but not finished new stove oven didn’t work couldn’t run the heater in the bathroom the breaker kept tripping just didn’t want to deal with issues like this while on vacation. Property was nasty poorly kept not ideal for small kids we only stayed because the inside was clean bed were ok and it had plenty of space very convenient location

Great place!!
What a great cottage! The place was very clean, easily accessible and very roomy! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for something better than just staying at a cookie cutter hotel.
