"I give this place 3 stars, its a nice place with a good amount of room but there are a few issues. Our stay was Monday - Friday, just 2 adults. Pros - lots of room. Cons - no ac. There is a portable ac unit on wheels in the bedroom however, the exhaust vent goes behind a curtain to the window but not outside. There is no way to open the window for the exhaust vent to take the hot air outside so it just pumps all the hot air back into the room. Be prepared to wake up at 7:30am every morning...

"There were so many great amenities included with this stay. A very modern, energy efficient and health conscious guest house. Our favorite parts were the wood-burning stove, wrap around deck, fully stocked, high-end kitchen, heated towel rack and bathroom floor, and a very remote location. A small-town getaway within an hour's drive of downtown Boston."

"Overall a nice place. Had some communication issues since my daughter booked it but couldn’t make it and transferred the reservation to me. Also, there was a lock box on the screen door that we thought we needed a code to. The actual digital box was on the door (they need to remove the lockbox from the screen door so it’s not confusing)"

"We loved this home, it was perfect for our stay to attend our daughters wedding. Close to everything, but affords a lot of privacy. Our host was always available for questions and the dog walker she recommended was a gem. Would definitely recommended staying here!!"

"My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and had games to play if that's your sort of thing. Located right off of Main Street, Stoneham so made getting around super easy. "We were looking for a place in the Boston area for our short term mission team. We wanted to be together and this home offered us that opportunity. It was clean and laid out well. It housed our group of ten. Plenty of beds and baths. Good kitchen and the host was so welcoming. We even got to use the grill in the large outdoor space. I highly recommend this property."
