The fully-equipped kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream, complete with a range, microwave, dishwasher, and all the basic cooking tools you need. Gather around the table for a shared meal or savor morning coffee at your leisure.

For your added convenience, a washer and dryer, along with detergent, are available in the laundry room.

There are two parking spots in front of the townhome.

Step into the backyard, a peaceful haven equipped with a grill and fire-pit. Whether you're in the mood for a sizzling BBQ or a cozy evening by the fire, this outdoor space offers the perfect retreat.

Please be aware that while a grill is provided in the backyard, propane is not included. We kindly ask that you clean the grill after use to avoid a $50 cleaning fee.


Neighborhood Quiet Hours from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine.

No boats, trailers, or box trucks

Stays of 10 days or more are subject to an additional cleaning fee.

No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined a minimum of $250 for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.
