"This home was great for our Fall family get-away! The property is beautiful, especially with the autumn colors. We saw deer and wild turkeys and enjoyed soaking in the peace and quiet on the porch. The basketball room was a great amenity! The location is close to both Frankenmuth and Bay City which was great for our daily excursion. "

"A cute little place that served our needs perfectly! Nice porch area and nice small town. Street in front is kind of noisy but not too bad. We had one small problem upon checking in but Tiffany was very quick to respond and took care of it right away. Would stay here again for sure!"

"Enjoyed our stay. Surprisingly spacious for a 1 bedroom. Great views. Lots of bird watching. We loved the multiple entertaining areas and especially the wifi, since service isn't great. The covered porch was well used for rainy evenings."

"The property is fairly remote, which, to me, is especially nice! It was very welcoming and cozy. Maurine is a wonderful hostess meeting our needs and offering horse rides for my two grandkids. I was here for my dad's funeral. So, all the animals and comfort of the home were very nice. I loved our stay and would definitely recommend this beautiful place. "

"This was our first trip to Frankenmuth and I was lucky enough to come across Betty’s listing. We stayed 2 nights/3 days. This place is adorable and 5-star clean. The pictures don’t really do it justice. Betty was so responsive to my messages. From providing recommendations for things to do, to being immediately responsive when we thought we were lost. Turns out we were in front of her place and I had typed the address wrong into my gps. She has thought of everything! Coffee, sweetener,...

"This was an excellent location to host friends. We used the Acorn for a space to get ready for our wedding. We were able to have the wedding party stay with us without feeling on top of each other. There was enough space for the guys to get ready downstairs while we got ready with hair and makeup upstairs. The Acorn was great for pre ceremony photos too. "My husband and I came out to Marlette to celebrate our Grandson's 2nd birthday. We were thrilled to find this beautiful property so close to our daughter and son in laws home! The location is close to the main road but once you pull down the road it is very quiet and secluded. The house was very clean, nicely decorated...my favorite spot was watching the deer from the sunroom. Our only regret was our trip was very quick, hopefully next time we can stay longer.
