Cute Little Place

It was a nice stay while I am in town for work. Everything was very tidy and clean. The only issue I had was there was only about 7-8 mins of warm water in the shower; I had to hustle once it dropped in temperature. Otherwise, I was comfortable. Thank you.

Great Location; Smell of Cigarette Smoke

The property is in a great location, with restaurants and state parks all within a reasonable distance. Other reviews have mentioned the property smelling like cigarette smoke. I can confirm this is accurateā€”Luckily itā€™s not as noticeable/you get used to it after being inside the property for a little while. The parking situation is a bit odd as you will need to roll a heavy wooden gate open to pull your car in and out every time you come and go. Itā€™s a struggle to close all the way and makes a loud screeching noise. Overall, it was a good price for a clean place to stay. I would likely be happy to stay here again.

This was exactly what we needed as our base to explore the area including Bandon and Florence. Very cute accommodations, clean and well maintained. All the amenities to cook or prepare your own meals. Grind and bring your own coffee if you are a coffee snob. We were very happy with the Cozy Cabin.

Never again

Very awkward having another rental property 4 feet away from you and having to share the backyard and barbecue grill. Futon was very uncomfortable and definitely needs to be replaced. Would not stay here again.

Nice short term rental

This was a nice overnight rental. It is similar to a Park Model or small single wide. Great for a couple or maybe with 1 child. I think it beats most hotels in the area for simular pricing. Queen bed was ok, and the small kitchen is a nice bonus. We stayed on a very hot day with no air-conditioning but cooled down the house fairly quickly opening the windows. Only negative- I would replace the Futon it is not comfortable to sit on for watching TV.

Very clean. Well furnished with lots of towels and basics for living. When parking be sure you open rolling gate, then pull in to the right of the tiny house and close rolling gate.

Tiny but Efficient

Clean, decent, bed quite comfortable, towels, etc. OK, plenty of dishes and cutlery. Pots and pans OK for a weekend but really limited. What is needed is some comfortable seating in the living room. the futon provided leaves much to be desired if you are over the age of 16. For longer stays (mine was 2 weeks) a sponge mop would be nice. I'll stay again.

Awesome well cepped and clean. Location great, TV and WiFi šŸ‘, even the bed was comfy and with fresh linen, but that futon in the living room sucked. So what thank you for a great week long vacation!

Overall Good

This is a very clean small single wide mobile. I would have given a 5 star but the couch in the living room is a well used futon. Very uncomfortable. No comfy cozy place to sit and relax for a movie. We didn't use anything in the kitchen but the refrigerator. Overall, it was very clean. If you are young and don't care about comforts it is perfect.

Small But Cozy

It is a tiny home but very comfortable for 2 people. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. We found everything nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. A nice touch was coffee and filters, coffee maker and toaster. Someone who stayed here before burned food in the larger skillet so there was only a small skillet for our use. There are only tiny ice trays so if you want ice we suggest buying a bag before checking in. If you want to drink wine you should bring your own wine glasses. Otherwise kitchen was well equipped. We tried to grill chicken but could never get the barbeque to go above 300 degrees so after 1/2 hour baked it in the oven. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much. If we needed to stay in Coos Bay for several days we would definitely consider staying here. If you are in to walking and nature there is a very nice park not far from here at Empire Lakes.
