"Great stay with a lovely host, comfy room, and great location. There are cockerels nearby so I would recommend earplugs if you're a light sleeper!"

"We were only at this home stay for a few hours but the owners were super accommodating. We had a unfortunate situation where a purse and passport was left on a bus that continued on. Within a less than a 6 hour period the owner got it figured out, made arrangements and got the passport with all its money, credits cards, etc. back to us. So far as to running out the retrieve it from the bus station when it was returned back to the city."

"Very peaceful with great views and great atmosphere. Their family was super friendly and helpful. Cooked delicious food and helped with taxi’s and organising activities. Recommend getting dinner with Lang’s family and going on a trek up to Tiger mountain (Wear sunscreen and light clothing, It’s a LONG walk. Must be fit)"

"Our stay here was absolutely incredible, we have never experienced beauty like staying at Sapa Rosie House. Tony was accommodating, helpful and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We will be back one day! "

"Close to pharmacies, nuru massages, restaurants, coffee shops, has wifi, hot showers, shared kitchen downstairs if you want to cook, air conditioning, and smart tv. Would book again."

"There is no sound insulation at all, and the most shocking thing is that morning coffee is not free."

"早朝便なので利用しました以前利用してよかったので2回目です空港から近く大きな通りには面していませんが、送迎してくれるので特に問題ありません部屋も広く清潔ですエレベーターはありません通りから奥に入っているのでとても静かです"

"Dung is the man. Took care of me my whole stay. Went beyond the call of duties to make sure I had a remarkable time, sightseeing, meeting locals, great experiences that you might call once in a lifetime. However, I made a true friend, and plan to go back in a few months."

"Ich kann zu all den obengenannten Punkten nichts sagen, da wir die Unterkunft nicht gefunden haben und sich niemand bei der Telefonnummer gemeldet hat! Ich glaube, die Unterkunft existiert gar nicht!"

"The hotel, very nice and clean, the staff super friendly and attentive, always willing to help you, they speak English. The excellent room, large comfortable, with heating, spacious bathroom. close to attractions, like the lake, puppet theater, night market, i walked everywhere even to hochiminh museum, which is far away, but if you have time you can walk. I highly recommend it. I would stay again. rich a la carte breakfast, with seasonal fruits, juices and coffee or tea."
