The front desk guy said we have to pay extra for kids when we already paid through Expedia,, His manager stated that Expedia policy is different from theirs and when we tried to leave they tried to BLOCK OUR DRIVER with a vehicle of their own. This place NOT a place to take family! Tv not working,, missed the NBA finals game (4). They said they will change the remote, never happened. "

"If you are tired of the city hustle and bustle, then this is the place to go and be with your beloved and enjoy tranquil views of the mountains. A place where my husband and I unwinded and got to relax. The staff is a gem. They granted every wish of ours with pleasure. They worked above and beyond to please every guest. The views are breathtaking. The resort is a very accomodating. Nisha, the manager, was able to coordinate accomodations (ie. taxi rides, excursions). "

"The worst hotel I’ve stayed. This was advertised as a four star property. This was misleading and at best a one star. The property is old and run down. Totally overpriced. The first room offered was unacceptable and the second room did not have water, i had to use the hotel communal toilet. The food ordered was not awful. We skipped the restaurant on the second day and drove 40 minutes to a dominos. The breakfast advertised was buffet. This was not the case. All I was offered was eggs and toast....
