"Cute little apartment perfect for what we needed it for. My daughter (8 yrs) and I traveled in to Albany for the TSO concert and needed a place to stay. The apartment is so cute and very clean and comfy. If you aren't from the area, I could see perceptions of concerns about safety but my daughter and I walked to and from the arena and felt perfectly safe. Communications with Linda were great. Check in and out was easy peasy. We will look to book again if we return to Albany. "

"The location was great. Hiking to the third floor was not terrible. The decor and cleanliness were top notch. Only complaints were that it was cold in the apartment. The space heater was not enough to take the chill out of the air especially Saturday night when the temperatures dipped below freezing. "Wonderful clean property. Looks exactly like the photo. It could benefit from motion triggered lighting for the side path to the apartment. Would like to have instructions for Coffee maker. Location is on the cusp of a not so safe neighborhood. 15 min walk to very good restaurants and then a further 15 min walk to the MAG (memorial art museum). Safety is less an issue if you have a car. "

"I have nothing but great things to say about our stay! The place is very cozy and super clean. The rooms are spacious, bathrooms have toilet paper, extra towels. There was a travel crib for my one year old that I appreciated very much!! The location is also perfect as it is close to the Niagara Falls touristic spots, including the Seneca Casino. There is also a supermarket (Tops) 5 min away which was also very convenient. The owner stopped by when we settled in to check if we needed anything....

"We appreciated the space available but were not thrilled with the hole in the back door caused by the removal of the door's peephole or the fact that the front, streetside window had to remain partially open and unlocked throughout our stay (even in our absence) to vent the free-standing bedroom AC unit. Additionally, we were unable to use the television streaming services during our stay, but this could have been due to a previous renter locking up the system with their own login. "

It was not particularly quiet: there is a bar next door, additional VRBO guests upstairs, and trains passing through the neighborhood throughout the night.
