"Location was excellent as it was very near to Yotsubashi train station and about 15 mins walk to the main Shinsaibashi shopping street. Lots of food nearby, Family Mart konbini store right beside and a supermarket nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly and i rate them full marks on customer service. The room however was very dusty and we kept sneezing throughout our stay there. The room does not have a window that can be opened to let the dust escape. Would have given a 5 stars...

"Absolutely in love with this apartment building-turned hotel. It made my stay feel so personal and comforting. I loved everything about the room – the space, the bed, the closet, the couch and tv, balcony, kitchen, the bathroom...and most importantly, the washing machine!!! I was travelling around Japan for 3 weeks, so the personal washing machine was an absolute blessing! The surrounding area of the hotel is quiet and peaceful. "The overall stay at Mimaru was good! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. There are minor things about this location I would change: 1. Internet speed was pretty slow (travelling with young kids and their need of internet), 2. Walls are thin at the hotel, could heard the other room partying with their loud music and upstairs they were running a marathon so can hear all the stomping sound, 3. Only wished the tv was in front of the bed so family can enjoy some movie time in bed. Other...
