"We had a wonderful two-day holiday here with our family. The place was clean, tidy, and well-equipped with kitchen essentials. The neighbors were friendly, and the host was warm, welcoming, and full of life experience. We truly enjoyed our conversations. We’re especially grateful for the help in mailing back the item we accidentally left behind—thank you!"

"Upon arrival, owner had no clue we were due to arrive. Yet our credit card was charged. Neither Expedia nor Vrbo could resolve the issue after hours spent on chats. If there was a score below terrible that would be appropriate."

"This property was great value. Cozy and clean. Short drive to the river front and attractions. Host was responsive and willing to help us if needed, but everything was set up so well we didn’t have any issues."

"I booked the house to visit family in the area. It was a great choice for my adult children to be able to stay with us all in one place. The location was great for where I needed to be. The place was very clean! The host was very easy to communicate with. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend! "

"The property was exactly as advertised and working with Greg was great. Only minor issue was miscommunication for check-in but resolved in just a few minutes. There was plenty of space to spread out for a family of 5 and lots of space to lay-out gear to dry each night. Neighbors were friendly and the location is easy to get to skiing/downtown and from the border. "

"We had a fantastic stay at the lake house. The house is very nice and clean. The location is ideal and the lake was beautiful. We swam, kayaked every morning and had leisurely evenings in the waterside gazebo. Very dog friendly with well closed in yard. Only one shower was a bit unexpected but doable. Water is drinkable but you may prefer the bottled water. Could use more kitchen towels but may have been an oversight. Overall, highly recommend. Host was very responsive and helpful. "

"The house is newly renovated, dishwasher and refrigerator are brand new. Cutlery is fully loaded. Hot tub is huge, perfect for 3 couples. The lake is great for fishing, boating and swimming. Sitting on the deck, you can see the moon rising from the water, the scenery is breathtaking. Ashley is a great communicator."

"We (4 adults, 4 kids ages 4-8) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paul and Paul's place. They are excellent and responsive hosts. The property was very clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the first aid kit was a nice addition. The street the house is on is quiet with little traffic and its location made it easy to access key points around Sudbury (5 min to groceries/pharmacy, 15 min to Science North). We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the house."
