"The staff is great! They’re very friendly, understanding, and helpful. I messed up on my reservation. I thought I’d booked two nights instead of one and it was completely my fault. Instead of kicking me out, they let me reserve another night at a little bit higher rate and keep my same room. It was also all worked out over the phone, which was so accommodating of them. The location is a little noisy but that’s the nature of Elko. It’s a bit of a rowdy place. "

"Check-in was very easy. Front desk lady was so nice and friendly. The room was nice and clean. I like that it has a good size fridge with a freezer. There are a couple things I think should be done. The shower floor needs fixing. And they need to put bulbs on the lamps. And it would be nice to have somewhere to hang your clothes. But overall If you need a room just for a night or two this is a good place."

"Wow this place really surprised me! We had a room near the hwy and it was still really quiet with no real road noise. The beds were comfortable, rooms were dated maybe but really well kept. The breakfast was great! Waffle maker, biscuits and gravy, microwave burritos, yogurt, bagels/ toast... A pretty extensive offering really! I was very impressed with the cheerfulness of the staff and the care taken with the property. Also a nice grassy yard space for those traveling with dogs! A huge win. "
