"Property was as shown in the listing. Owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Really close to Front Royal for groceries and restaurants, but feels secluded. We weren't able to swim because the river was a bit high, but the steps down to the river are a cool hike with pretty rock formations. There were tons of fireflies in July for our kid to chase, and a big flat grassy area if you like lawn games. The outdoor fireplace was def better than a fire pit in terms of steering the smoke...

"The house is amazing. Settled up on a hill. Nice and quiet. The house is big lots of room for a family. Big fenced back yard. My husband and I just need to rest. And we did just that. My dogs really enjoyed the back yard. It was both of their first time seeing deers and if they could the chase would be on. You will not be disappointed with this house it is amazing. "We spent a fun weekend at this property. Having lived in the area for 16 years I have driven by this gem countless times, always admiring it but I could never have imagined how nice, how peaceful a property it is. It's conveniently located close to everything but nestled away for privacy. The game room was a hit, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked with everything you need for meals. I highly recommend it and will be glad to stay here again. Cheers! "

"We loved our stay here. It was peaceful, just what we needed, and only 20mins away from Winchester if you want to go there. We enjoyed the local farmer’s markets, the pickleball court, and the house is beautiful. It has a fire pit, but we didn’t use it. Enjoy!"
