"The house is exactly as described. The downstairs is very spacious. Kitchen is well equipped and best of all is it has A/C which was my biggest decision on choosing this house. I hate to be hot and it was in mid 80’s most of the week so we were very thankful for A/C. If that is important to you, know that most places do NOT have A/C so this is a great find. As someone who has stayed in multiple rental homes - this one had all the necessities you need (silverware, plates, glasses) which made the stay much more enjoyable. Further, the property managers were so helpful and accommodating as we had a few ladies who had later flights. The only complaint that I had was I sent a message and asked if we needed to bring washcloth's and towels and was told no that they were provided.
