"Excellent and prompt communication with host. Property exactly as described, and very clean. Guest book provided clear instructions regarding the amenities and pre-checkout procedures. We enjoyed walking in the quiet neighborhood and accessing the shore nearby. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay right on the lake. "

"Chris, I have been staying there for 3 years straight and this year 4 of us rented the unit. However 2 of the group at the last minute could not come. Then I get an email that another $100 is due for excess cleaning to be paid!! We left the place almost as we found it. Towels were washed( (2) and I forgot to strip the bedding. Where does this so called $100 cleaning bill come from? I always pay in full to avoid this type of situations. Both of us are 66 uears old and we had 1 6 pack of beer...

"very beautiful property. although was not expecting it to be so close to the road. everything was wonderful except for the patio down below has a bee's nest built behind the couch I was stung twice our dog was stung multiple times. the water inside of the camp the hot is cold and the coldest hot the door knob needs fixed just small things minus that we enjoyed our stay"

"There was a fire alarm situation and the clerk was telling everyone it’s ok to go up to our rooms without having had the fire department clear the hotel. On top of that I asked 4 times from the day I checked in for a shower chair, for a room that was accessible, the chair should be offered at check in or already in the bathroom.
