"This was a fine hotel. The beds were comfortable, the shower was nice, and the bath products were good. The location was good for Westport jaunts. I did have a few issues, though. We were offered coffee service in the room on check-in, and they delivered the next morning. But the subsequent days I requested it, they never brought it. I had to call down and eventually go down myself to get coffee. They missed a few days of cleaning, even though the Please Clean sign was hanging on the door...

"I used Expedia and paid in advance so check in was quick and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. They offer toiletries in the office if you forgot your toothbrush or need detergent for laundry. The staff were nice and helpful. Parking lot was lacking potholes. Plenty of parking. "

"From the outside it looks fairly generic but the room was updated and exceptionally clean and the staff was very nice. The lobby area and elevator are not great but hey, the shower and bed and the whole room was great-and looked like a much higher end hotel. So, would I stay again? You bet-it was a great deal. "
