"O hotel é simples porém nosso quarto foi excelente!! Com varanda, mini cozinha, todo renovado e muito bem limpo e cuidado. A localização foi ótima, perto de tudo à pé ou de metrô. Recomendo. "

"We enjoyed our stay at 5 Vintage and would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in Sofia. The staff were incredibly welcoming and lovely, and the room was clean and comfortable with some nice touches in the shared kitchen. We were right in the center of town which made getting around really easy. Great place to stay if you want to explore Sofia."

"Second time I have stayed here. Different room both times. Its simple, very basic, but has everything you need. Remember this place is super cheap for a capital city and that's what you get, cheap reasonable accommodation. Yes the bathroom is separate but private nevertheless. Please don't expect ANY glamour. Yes it could do with a huge makeover."

"Please do not stay here when you arrive Sofia at night. You will not find it and if find it there is nó reception welcome you. Room is very basic. Toilette smelled bad and not have a really shower. Except private room, hostels may be much better and cheaper. Far away from center and not easy get to by public transportation. Communication is difficult. Please do not stay here if you are looking for cheap hotel. Overall is bad so it is expensive for everything ."

"The price is almost amazing, very clean, prepped meaning hot water was turned on and the AC was on and set to 23 just about perfect. I love the self check in to me this is first class. You have to book online and at the date you receive the instruction. I will be coming back. "

"The host Mrs. David was really nice. He had prepared for us some drinks for new year eve. The flat was well central located near underground and really clean. We will come again !"

"Room without warm !!!! Sibirian clima "

"In the booking confirmation from Expedia it states there is a number to contact the guesthouse on, at least 24 hours before arrival. We contacted the property 2 days before, and arranged a time for arrival. Unfortunately on arrival at Koprivshtitsa, we were unable to find it as there didn't appear to be street names except for the main roads. I contacted the number again and was texted an address (40 pop bogomil - which was different from the one given by Expedia). We asked for more information...

"The reason, that we chose this hotel is the reviews of other customers. Extremely friendly, helpful and polite staff, clean rooms, comparatively far from the center (we were looking for a calmer and quieter place and for us the location was not a problem - 15-20 minutes walk from center) and extremely tasty and good food - delicious breakfast and good restaurant for the rest of the time). The only thing we were disappointed was food, we didn't manage to have dinner as we had planned. The hotel...

"We have a very late arrival flight so self check-in was a great option. The room is spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is very convenient. Great location! The only drawback - we arrived at 1 a.m. in the winter and the heating in the room was not switched on, so it took some time to warm up the room. We managed to turn the heater by ourselves, however it would be better if there are some (printed) instructions about this for other late guests or the management turn on...

"Very well located, walking distance from the main attractions. Good room and excellent spa area. All the staff very nice. Breakfast also ok. Best hotel option in Sofia. "

Péssima experiência no hotel

"Infelizmente, minha estadia foi decepcionante. A calefação não tinha nenhuma regulação, deixando o ambiente desconfortável. O quarto estava sujo, e o carpete parecia muito antigo, provocando alergias. Além disso, o atendimento foi bastante ruim, com funcionários despreparados e pouco receptivos. O hotel é claramente velho e mal conservado, e o café da manhã deixou muito a desejar, com alimentos mal preparados e de qualidade duvidosa. Não recomendo e não voltarei."
