Situated in a quiet Normal, IL neighborhood, this home has 3 Br, 1 bath, 2 car garage, beautiful yard & unique charm of an older quiet neighborhood. It is minutes from Rivian, ISU, IWU & Uptown Normal. For the business traveler, a home away from home located 5 min to Rivian & 15 min to the airport, State Farm & Country. This house is kid friendly with optional bed rails, safety gate & a pack and play. No smoking. No pets.

ISU Visit
We had a lovely time down visiting my daughter at ISU. The property is so close to ISU. This is our second time staying at the property. Our host left us fresh donuts and pastries. The house was perfect, beds were comfortable, and we loved playing air hockey in our spare time. Looking forward to our next stay here

Charming House, Awesome Neighborhood!
Overall, the listing is accurate. The house is very cozy. The beds were nice and comfy too! It is lived-in, not totally 100% upgraded and fancy but it is a great price for what you get. The owner was also super professional and they had lots of instructions printed in the house to help with things like turning on the shower, how to use fireplace, that kind of stuff. The only thing I was worried about when reading the listing is how the neighborhood would be. That's just something that is hard to determine from house pictures. And it isn't a particularly fancy house so one might worry whether it is in a good area. But it is perfect! The area seems very suburban and family friendly. Quiet and peaceful, easy access yet very little traffic. It is also right off the highway and close to restaurants and stuff. There is a grocery store extremely close-by. I want to say like half a block but I can't remember for sure. I also enjoyed the parking situation. It was very convenient that there was a driveway, parking and garage behind the house so that I didn't have to park on the street. If I'm ever back in the area I'd stay there again.

Sanctuary on a tough weekend.
We had a group of family/friends in town for a funeral and celebration of life. The house was a perfect base for us, we especially enjoyed the back porch. We had two couples and a single (plus an extra for one night) and it was very comfortable. I was especially grateful for some of the small details, like the box of donuts they left and the fact that there were plenty of hangers in the closets. Julia was very responsive when I had questions, and all the details of checking in and out were smooth and easy.

Perfect for our family trip
This place was clean, comfortable and affordable for us. We traveled with our three teens to visit a friend in town and then drive down see the total eclipse. It felt like coming home after our road trip. Check-in was easy and the hosts had some wonderful extras to make our stay even better. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others as well!

Labor Day Family Wedding
Had a family wedding in Eureka. Many relatives live in Bloomington-Normal area. Also had family flying in from Seattle and Florida. This was a convenient location for us. Very enjoyable stay. Thanks so much for letting us stay here!

Fabulous place
This house was one of the cleanest rentals we have ever used. It was in a great area and close to the events that we were in town for. Every little detail was perfect along with all of the extra perks that you don't always get with a rental. We will without a doubt book this location again if we need a place to stay in Bloomington.

Great house for our group!
Great house for our group! Four of us were in town for our high school reunion and wanted to stay together. The accommodation was just perfect for what we needed … it was a proper kitchen so we could fix breakfast… The dining room was spacious. The living room was a nice size with comfortable furniture. Grateful for the snacks that were welcome after a long drive. Loved that the bedrooms had light blocking shades which made for good sleeping. We would highly recommend this house.

Beautifully preserved nastalgic home!
This beautiful home has original cabinets which includes a flour bin with the metal lid that slides back! I remember these from my childhood! I love how the owner has kept some original features while converting the home into a modern comfortable home.

Loved the firepit
Everything went very smooth. Loved that all the closets had tons of hangers. The back screened porch was great too. Towels and sheets nice quality. Close to grocery store and a park with a mile path around a lake. Very quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed having a fire in the firepit.
