Enter the home through the smart lock-enabled door with the provided access code. As soon as you step into the house, you'll be greeted by a Welcome area with a book to guide you. Begin exploring our expansive home by walking through the foyer and savoring a mint candy before entering the airy open-concept living space. Take in the gorgeous chandelier-lit staircase and illuminate the whole area by toggling the light switches and adjusting the atmosphere with our customizable dimmable recessed lighting and refreshing ceiling fan. The 52-inch flat-screen Smart tv has streaming channels at your beck and call.

Continue your journey into the home, and you'll be greeted by a spacious kitchen complete with bar-style seating and top-of-the-line appliances housed in oversized customized cabinets. You can indulge in our complimentary gourmet coffees and teas to lift your spirits or chill your wine in our convenient wine cooler beneath the bar. The dining room is arranged for a cozy dining experience, and the elegant Baker's Rack is an ideal spot to store delicious treats and amenities for entertaining your guests.

When you draw back the curtains in any part of the house, the beautiful windows allow ample natural sunlight to flood in, illuminating the entire space and making it sparkle during the day.

Just so you're not surprised, the garage is not available to guests, but there is ample parking for about 3-4 cars in the driveway, and free street parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. The Welcome Book has house rules and instructions on using the house amenities. The up-to-date version of the Welcome book is viewable by scanning the QR code printed in the book.
