"The property is very nice and there are some wonderful restaurants and bars within walking distance. But there is litter, homelessness, and sketchy characters around, and lots of noise in the area at night."

"The room was great except we had no air so it was stuffy night. I also ask for a receipt or statement and they didn’t give me. They said that the 3rd party would give me one nothing! I paid the hotel. I am not sure if they charge me the correct amount. They also changed the name of the hotel"

"The elevators were broke and we had to wait for 20 mins to get to our room or to get down from our room as it was overcrowded and limited to one slow elevator for the whole hotel, our AC was broke in our room when we called the front desk for fix or a fan they said they would call back and never did, I was also charged an unauthorized 107.33 by the hotel that I am still waiting on return. Not happy!"
