"Hotty Toddy!!!"

"Great pet friendly property and host! Stayed for 2 weeks and the house was very accommodating for the dogs which was most important! (The neighbors do let their dogs visit the yard which isn’t ideal for reactive dogs but worked ok for my situation. Just take precautions). The kitchen is fairly well stocked especially for a weekend stay. Only reason for 4 stars is that the bathroom could have been cleaned a bit better. The shower struggled to drain, there was some black grim on the faucets and...

"We stayed during a game day weekend in Oxford. The house is perfectly situated to walk to The Square and The Grove. Great location. House was very clean and Warren was great to work with!! He accommodated any request and was super responsive. Appreciate it Warren! "

"We had a lovely visit for parents weekend. The condo was well equipped and clean. Decorated very comfortably. Close to campus and restaurants. Host was friendly and easy to work with. I’d definitely recommend and stay again. "

"Place was absolutely perfect for an Ole Miss game weekend! Couple blocks from the square and an easy walk to the Grove! Super comfy bed…great AC….excellent parking! We will be back!"

"Spent a wonderful weekend with college friends. We were able to walk to the Grove and to the game without the hassle of traffic. Perfect condo that provides common space but privacy of our own bedroom and bathroom "

"Toilet did not function and was not offered a discount. When traveling with 2 girls I had to undo toilet top every time to refill and flush. Got really old"

Worst recepction

"After a 10-day vacation trip from Miami, during which I stayed in 7 hotels, I arrived in Tupelo, which was supposed to be the last stop of my adventure. I can say for sure that it was the worst reception I've ever had. The receptionist, "Felice," was cold and impatient. I had questions about the laundry and the Wi-Fi, and when I asked Felice, she seemed unwilling to help. Her expression was the worst possible. I can't understand how someone like her, who lacks basic customer service skills, works at a hotel in contact with guests. It's truly regrettable."
