"There was a large bus with numerous guests arriving at the same time we did. The lobby was very crowded around the check in desk with numerous people trying to get on the elevator. so, check in was a little frustrating. Our room was nice and clean and easy to get to."

I had to remind staff about the upgraded room, free drink, and late check-out. They obliged when I mentioned it, but it's always nice when those benefits are top of mind when checking in. There was quiet a bit of wear/tear on the property and in our room including a shattered mirror. This property used to be so fresh. ...
