"We had a great time at the homestead! We loved that we were very close to downtown Lawrence, but could also experience some quiet downtime on the lovely front porch. The coffee set up was really cute and the home had everything we needed."

"We recently stayed at this property during our annual family vacation. The house is very accommodating for a large group (24) and offers amenities for people of all ages to enjoy. The kitchen area offers a large gathering spot for the family. The proximity to Kansas City attractions while also offering a rural setting was great for our group. We went to an aquatic center about 20 minutes away, but also able to visit downtown KC (30 mins) and the KC Zoo (45 mins). The hosts were accommodating and...

"Everything was wonderful with this house. Had plenty of kitchenware, dish, bowls, glass, cups, various wines glasses and very well organized, provided certain things that everyone needs when they travel. We booked this house due to its location as we were taking in the sites from Overland Park to a stadium this place was right in the place. Even though the weather was not the best, we were still able to do everything we wanted including walking at the plaza in the evening. Would recommend this...

"This house was perfect! We originally had 6 people going, 3 couples, but later needed to add one more couple. Adding them was very easy and for a small cost too. The house was fully functioning and had plenty of room for everyone. We have already started talking about next year! "

"The home was absolutely perfect and we loved staying there! My overall rating is not affected by my ratings for check in and communication. The home was double booked. I am so glad I arrived first or I would have been stuck trying to find a last minute stay to accommodate 6 people on KU family weekend. It would have been impossible. My mother in-law is disabled and accommodations have to be carefully vetted. I had also prepared a precooked dinner and was hosting several friends and family so...
