"Overall room & property is really nice but the check in is horrible. We had to check in different location then drive to where our room. We got lost on the way because the staff gave us incorrect info. Also no hair dryer in the room not very convenient. Overall I’m still happy but the check in needs improvement. "

"House is great. Lots of room and great amenities. It was our second stay here. This time weather was extremely cold and even our 4wd trucks couldn't navigate the driveway. A few of us took pretty serious falls in the driveway as well. Communication with agent was good but unfortunately I think it's our last stay here bc of navigating the steep driveway. We couldn't leave one day to go skiing bc of the conditions. "

"This was the perfect house for a large group. The house was clean and spacious. We will book again. "

"Everything from start to finish was incredible! Amy's communication was superb. Once we arrived, the house was exactly as it looked in the listing, BUT BETTER! From the rain shower to the fireplace to the hot tub to the game room to the coffee maker, it was amazing! And the bed was so comfy! I couldn't have asked for a better home away from the city! It had just snowed and it even snowed while we were there making the stay magical. To top it off, everyone in Lake Harmony was SO NICE! I would...

"Amanda was a great host attentive and ready to make sure her guests get the most out of their stay, enjoyed the house so much we forgot to do any nearby activities. 10/10 would recommend!"

"We celebrated my mom’s 70th birthday, Girls Trip style. This house is beautiful and was exactly what we needed. The grounds were very icy due to the harsh weather conditions but the host made sure to send someone out to plow and salt right away. We had so much fun. I will definitely book with this host the next time I visit the Poconos. "

"Stayed out the house with some friends, and it was a great house to stay in! "

"The property is as advertised to go along with fantastic communication from the owners. Highly recommend for a nice getaway!"

"The house was very fun! We had room for 14 of us. The older kids liked that there was a tv in each bedroom. The pool was the perfect temperature and we all had a great time swimming. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and pots for everything we needed."

"This was the second time we have stayed at this property. The size of the home is perfect for our whole family. Location is wonderful for all the skiers. We had an issue with the dishwasher, which we had a quick response to, but were unable to use the dishwasher during the stay. We had a large group of people and prepared and ate all meals at the house. The lack of a dishwasher was an inconvenience. Overall, that was a minor thing. The house was great."

"It was a beautiful property. The rooms overall were very nice and comfortable. I loved the safety of not being able to access the room floors without a room key. The staff was very friendly and personable. Check in was thorough and easy. We are willing to visit again. It was great we were accommodated putting our 6 rooms together. A few things I didn't like: there is a resort fee charged, but you don't have resort amenities. The mini bar isn't free and there is no refrigerator for customer...
