"Older property that was renovated. Great staff and breakfast. The room was ok but sticky floors, dust from recent sanding on the wall was not cleaned-up and the blinds were broken the first night but the staff took care of it after. A good value for the price if you are budget minded. "

Even though it is right next to the interstate, if you have a room on the backside, there is a little ambient noise from the Interstate, which for me I like as I'm used to it. "The pictures on the website didn't really match our room. The outside of the buildings are a cabin- country vibe but the inside of our room was a modern hotel look. I did find something on the shower wall that looked pretty disgusting; looks like it came from someone's nose or throat. It washed off with the handheld shower head and I showed the photo I took to the lobby person when we checked out. "

"This property was a bit higher in proce but it was clean with friendly staff. I appreciated the free coffee and tea available at all times. I also felt the location was perfect for exploring Helen. Most shops were within walking distance which was wonderful considering the parking lots were pay to park in town. "
