Palm Beach Villa - House 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, open kitchen, 2 dinning rooms & living room. Outdoor: Pool, bar, grill, laundry room and private parking. It's time to relax!

Property Location
A wonderful vacation villa at just 5 minutes walking distance from it all. Near to the boulevard with its restaurants, shopping area, cinema, all water sports activities at Palm Beach beach and high-rise hotels.

Make yourself at home featuring a full equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, coffee maker, microwaves, toaster, Cable TV, private pool, jacuzzi, outside pool bar with grill, sunbeds, , laundry room with washing and dryer. Additional complimentary wireless Internet access.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the other two bedrooms have a queen-size bed. 2 bathrooms with showers and 1/2 bathroom without shower features complimentary toiletries. One security safe in the master bedroom. Housekeeping is also provided once a week if needed..

The villa gives you both the seclusion and privacy and is fenced for all your privacy and the area is very safe. There is an alarm system with remote control.

Perfect week long stay for 4 adults. House and grounds are well kept. Kitchen had everything we needed. Close to high rises & lots of restaurants. Host was excellent. Definitely recommend.

The property was as advertised. Short walk to dining/bars/beaches/resorts. Carry-out grocery and fast food stores a 2 minute walk from villa. Safe and secure spot. The only complaint was dogs nearby outside barked a lot at night, so front bedroom was a tad noisy at times at night. Other than maybe needing a coffee maker upgrade, this was the perfect place for my stay in Aruba and Palm Beach area. I would recommend to friends and family.

Great location!
Overall we had a great time at 234 Palm Beach! Aruba did not disappoint. The house was in walking distance to the downtown area that has several shops, restaurants, and beaches. We did rent a car which I highly recommend (we used Royal Aruba). This allowed us to drive wherever we wanted (great beach spots all over the island and restaurants that are not downtown). We had a few issues with the hot water in the house, however the owners fixed it as soon as we brought it to their attention. The house overall was great, very clean and looked just like the listing. The area was very safe as well.

More Flexibility than Resort
My family and I enjoyed our stay at this house. It gave us much more flexibility and better value than staying at the resorts, which were nearby. The pool was bigger than the online listing, which was great for our kids. The proximity to Palm Beach and Eagle Beach was greater, which allowed us access to that, but also to have more quiet than being at the resort.

Highly recommended
My wife and I are in our mid-seventies; we've rented many villas over the years in Europe, the Indian Ocean, the Pacific and the Caribbean, both for multi-generational holidays and for just the two of us. This villa was up there with the best of them. We had a few issues on arrival but these were resolved promptly and efficiently despite some difficulties communicating with the management team. Some of these issues should have been reported by previous guests, as it was obvious that they hadn't occurred the day we arrived. There are two supermarkets just a 5 minute walk away (even for 75/76 year-olds in 33 degree sun); turn left out of the gate, take the first left, walk past the waste ground and through the gap by Wendy's. Both supermarkets are on the left, stocking packaged and fresh food, beer, wine and spirits. Pika’s Corner, a local cafe is just over the road.

Great stay
When we first got to property we had some difficulties with toilet refrigerator and instructions on how lights and jacuzzi works. Very impressed all issues were resolved in less than 24 hours. New toilet, bags of ice and in person instructions on utilities at house. The only thing I will say is some appliances need a little upgrade and the jacuzzi area needs resurfacing sheet you lean your back on. But if I came back to Aruba or had friends coming I would definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful Stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and everything was just as advertised. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed dining outdoors in the evening! Rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. The location was great - walkable to some nice restaurants and not far from Palm Beach. Check-in process super easy. Would definitely stay here again! We are a family of 4 with 2 adult children.

The property was in a good location. There was almost no communication with the manager. The house was clean enough, but there were things like the coffee pot/ maker, shower floor, grill, panini maker and patio floor were all dirty. The dishwasher was repaired with an arm that was too big to spin. The drains were all slow to drain. Dogs barked loudly most nights around 1am.

Not what was expected
There was very poor communication with host. Sent a couple messages with no response and then did not answer all questions. Were supposed to be met at house at 4 pm, no one was there except the house cleaners who let us in. Someone came at 4:40 but never showed us anything in the house, no idea how the oven worked, or the pool and hot tub which the water water totally green, a dirty towel and men’s underwear on the chair and the ladder was broken it was very unsafe. That should have been fixed before any guests arrived as a big safety issue. I messaged manager and host with no response until Thursday evening after I had to message again. And told me the guests before us were wild. That is no reason my party had to suffer. We paid a lot of money for a house with a pool and we were unable to use the pool for 2 days. The master bathroom had an old bar of soap and wrappers left on the window ledge. So that tells me that it was never cleaned properly. The washing machine didn’t spin out the water. Someone did come to look at it and told us it was fixed but never showed us what was wrong or how to make sure it doesn’t happen again and of course it happened the next wash. we have stayed in many houses in this area and was very disappointed and nothing from the host not even an acknowledgment of our concerns or complaints. Definitely would not stay here again and it’s a shame because it’s a lovely house and a good location.

Property wonderful ,great area I was hoping to rent this property every year before we move into a timeshare ,however there were too many problems with the host ,pool issues , no gas to stove, lights in yard turned off couldn’t use the pool a few days we were told go to beach and several days no response ☹️In the end they did refund 1 night after VRBO got involved All prior reviews were great That’s why I booked ! Loved the house

Fell short of expectations, not enough communication
While this property had several great reviews, it did not meet expectations at all during our stay. Communication was a significant issue. I requested check in instructions while we were en route to Aruba. The instructions did not include how to operate the stove (we had to light a pilot light) and jacuzzi (no heat), but the host did advise of how to turn off the alarm, however, the alarm panel was dark and not operational. There was supposed to be someone to stop by and give administrative instructions, but no one ever came. There were two refrigerators were in the kitchen, the newer model was inoperable. The swimming pool had debris in it and did not look as though it had been cleaned before our arrival (the pool guy came on our last day). The coffee machine was extremely old and didn’t look clean. There were no dish towels, other than one drying cloth and no napkins or paper towels. There were four of us staying at the property but there were only two washcloths. We requested more towels and they were delivered in a trash bag. The shower drains did not work very well, we needed to wear shower shoes to keep from slipping and the water was at least an inch and a half deep during each shower. We never received any check out instructions, so we locked up and left the keys where we picked them up from and loaded and ran the dishwasher. I also sent a message in the Vrbo app, stating those actions and never received a response or acknowledgement of receipt.

I thought the property was spacious and had a lot of sitting areas. The bedrooms were good size as was the living room. It was nice to have a washer and dryer on the property. The property was in a good location to many restaurants/ hotels within walking distance. I would recommend a car to get to the beach as the walk is a little far with chairs, umbrellas, a cooler and bags.The property could use some upgrades as wear and tear are noted. I was disappointed in the back yard/pool area as it was difficult to enjoy, due to mosquitos biting us. The home did not come with enough toilet paper or dish towels, and although there was a dishwasher, there was not any dishwashing powder or tablets. The house was located in a neighborhood with many barking dogs during the day and the night. I did not find host communication timely both prior and during our stay.

Great Stay
House was perfect for two couples. Walk to the beach was easier than expected. Just cut behind Domino Pizza and cross the street toward the Hyatt. Couldn’t ask for better backyard. Few little things but not even worth mentioning. One AC unit was not working when we arrived but it was fixed within 24 hours so kudos to them. Great location in comparison to Hotels, restaurants, casinos and shopping. Would definitely book the house again. Great vacation 😀.

I spent a very enjoyable 30 days there
The property was very clean on arrival and the AC was on for me so it was nice and cool. Everything is as stated in the listing. There are some signs of wear and tear around the property--the landscaping isn't being irrigated so some of the trees and plants in the yard look sad and dry. One AC in the main living area leaked occasionally with signs that it was a chronic issue. The remote for the driveway gate worked for 2 days and then was broken the rest of my visit (awaiting a part). I heard dogs barking and roosters at night but this didn't bother me at all. (I live in a loud city neighborhood). I had visitors flying in and out over the month and it is a perfect place to entertain. The positives: 1. Very responsive and friendly management team. They called back within seconds (even when I accidentally butt dialed). They were there in minutes if needed. It was very reassuring to have such thoughtful management. 2. Beautiful pool with spacious deck and bar area. So wonderful. The pool was cleaned twice a week and kept sparkling. 3. Plenty of propane in the BBQ and a well-stocked kitchen 4. AC in all bedrooms worked well. 5. Very well lighted around the property. I felt safe. 6. Excellent location. Easy walk to the Palm Beach restaurant and hotel action. Short drive to Arashi beach which we went to 3-4 days a week. 3 minute walk to Wacky Wahoos. 7. Good wi-fi (after one hiccup). Many friends were working remotely from the villa. Any of the negatives I mentioned I did just for an honest review, but for me they were FAR outweighed by the positives. I plan on (I hope) returning next winter.
