"I highly recommend this property!It is a quaint old house. Listing photos are 100% accurate. and there everything you need.Kitchen has dishware, utensils, mugs, glassware, cookware, etc.Plenty of towels, bed linens, pillows. Full bathroom with bathtub & shower. Everything worked perfectly. The owner Dorothy is very helpful and available for questions. Once reservation was confirmed, she provided written information for arrival and check-in procedure, amenities, etc. - very helpful for planning.I...

"My husband and I absolutely loved staying here with our 2 dogs. Everything was immaculate and as shown in the pics. Our dogs loved the property and had a ton of fun running circles around the house. A huge perk is that it was fenced in so we had no worries about them getting out.The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. The town is very walkable with cute shops, food, and a beach. We would highly recommend staying at this property. We will definitely be back!"

"This was perfect for what we needed as we had an event at the Foxwood Casino. It wasn't too far from Mystic which was good for us when we wanted to venture out. The only thing I would say needs to be clarified is that, though there is AC, it's a window unit in one bedroom down stairs and one upstairs. The first day we arrived it was a very hot day so that was a little disappointing but the rest of the week wasn't as hot and we were able to run the fan in the kitchen and use an extra fan we...

"Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It was within walking distance of many attractions and was very comfortable. The hosts left bagels and cereal, along with coffee, milk and snack mix we would book this stay again in the future. "

"What a lovely stay we had at the 1784 Denison Home. The historical items and decor of the house made for great exploring inside, and the well-appointed grounds were comfortable for lounging outside. The myriad small, thoughtful touches, including upon our arrival, were very appreciated, and communication with the hosts was excellent from the time of booking through our departure. We would certainly stay again. Thank you, Debbie and Paul!"

"There are not enough superlatives to describe both the property as well and the hospitality and professionalism of our hosts. Welcome messages were personalized, communication was timely, the property premises were impeccable and as advertised. Debbie was very solicitous, making sure we had no questions or issues and that we had everything we needed. "Stayed at this property over Mothers Day weekend and it was great. Clean, spacious, and soooo conveniently located. Right around the corner from Mystic Pizza. Host had welcome treats, coffee bar, and so many amenities. We were a group of three, but can definitely fit more as there were a number of bed rooms. Loved it!"

"Rooms look dated and small, with a mirror that feels a bit creepy (seems like those one sided mirrors). Bathroom is ok. Price is a bit high for what it serves when you compare it to other hotels - since it was only for one night, is ok, but I would not recommend for longer stays."
