"To be fair, its the first time we stay at a houseboat so we didn't know what to expect. We just needed a place to sleep because we planned our two days to be out and about doing activities. Overall the place fitted our needs: we had the 3 beds we needed to sleep all of us & the mattresses were comfortable to have a goodnight of sleep. It was clean, we had the extra blankets I requested due to the temperature was going to get colder for the weekend and it was dog friendly. What we didn't expect...

"Had a wonderful time. So much to do in the area. We enjoyed the Cabana Club beach only a short drive away and included in the fee. We were there for the coldest week of the year. The maintenance gentleman, Scott and his assistant were kind enough to bring a hard to find space heater that kept us toasty warm as well a giving spot on recommendations for great places to eat. Some construction in the area but tolerable. Hope to return someday. "

"Great location for just about everything in the Keys! Overall awe had a great stay. Good recommendations on local spots to check out and restaurants. We were a bit concerned with the info we received indicating one roll of toilet paper and no dish or laundry soap, but we found the unit well stocked with everything we needed. Would return for sure!"

"It was kind of exciting. the cops showed up on the property and on the next door property to the North, there was a tree of stolen bouys and a stolen crab trap. It was quiet. there was a bit of a flood when it rained but within a day or 2 the water was gone. we had trouble opening the slider on the deck and I think there was moisture in the door. Hopefully we left it pretty clean. we had to be at the airport by 6:30. thank you, it was a wonderful stay. Patty "

"Melanie gets top rating for being quick and thorough in responding to our questions or problems. The furniture was very comfortable and were the beds.The kitchen was well stocked with pot/pans/utensils and dishes but did not have an abundance of silverware so we had to run the dishwasher every day.Our biggest disappointment was the poor viewing of water. The ocean was only visible from the second third floor porch."

"The unit we stayed in was very clean, beds comfy. The unit itself is showing some wear and tear but that did NOT affect the cleanliness. The view of the ocean was why i chose to stay here and was not disappointed. The patios of each unit are fairly close and do not lend alot of privacy--not genetally a problem, unless the neighbors decide to get affectionate (if you know what I mean 😀) The pool was clean and offered plenty of seating. I would definitely stay here again."

"My husband and I stayed here celebrating my 60th birthdate. This house was emmaculate. The canal view was very calming and the lication was serene and peaceful. It was close to good eating places and two grocery stores. Its a one hour drive one way to Key West. The swim spa was nice to have on busy days. We would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to relax in the Keys."
