"We had 4 adults and 13 players on this trip. We never had any issues with not enough room. All the girls had a blast. The house was close to town but far enough out to feel private! I highly recommend this for future stays. "

"Three brothers and two wives met at the Lake House for the Sand Hill Crane Festival in Birchwood. First, the festival was so interesting and fun and a must do if you like birds. Second, the cabin was fabulous! It was a cold weekend but the fireplace kept us cozy. The bedrooms were very comfortable; the kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and utensils; the view of the dock and lake were fabulous. We saw hundreds of sand hill cranes closer up than at the festival viewing site! It was too cold...

"Host was kind and responsive. House was just what you see in the pictures. Great location. Very clean. Would 100% recommend!"

"We had a short stay while in the area looking to purchase. It was so peaceful sitting on the dock watching herons fish and birds swooping down getting fish. We really enjoyed our time there. The host was excellent! He allowed us to check in early and we really appreciated that after traveling for days in our little RV to get there. "

"Overall it was a great house with great amenities. We checked in late (after dark) due to wedding preparations and wedding near by. The following morning, we found some evidence of a potential party from the renters prior (some vomit and Jell-O shot cup in the yard and 1/2 case of Modelo on the back porch near the table), and didn’t contact manager, as it didn’t effect our group staying. "

"It was clean and cozy. There were some lamps not working and a little darker throughout then I would have preferred. We would not use the frying pans to cook, they should be replaced. Very ni e overall."

"My friends and I do a guys weekend once a year and we couldnt have asked for a better place to do it. The house was right on the lake and was the perfect size for the 5 of us. We were able to grill out, play board games and watch football with a view that cant be beat. We will be back next year for sure. "

"Our stay at your cabin was absolutely perfect! The cabin was thoughtfully stocked with coffee and snacks, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Its location was ideal—close enough to town for convenience but far enough away to enjoy the peaceful seclusion.The private river access was a highlight of our trip! "We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival with the cleanliness of the place. The host was very attentive and easy to communicate with. The location was convenient to restaurants and grocery store, etc, being located near the center of Tellico Village. "

It was too cold to enjoy the backyard and firepit, but it's a nice feature along with the cypress grove that joins the property. The home was clean and cozy. The kitchen was well equiped. "Very clean Hotel very surprising for a small town , visiting my fiance family. Breakfast was good, standard comfort inn breakfast. Moved us quickly when our heat was not operational.
