"Our group has been coming to niobrara for a hunting trip the past 5 years and this was the best place we’ve stayed at! Loved the views from the upstairs porch. Would definitely come back! "

"A wonderful view overlooking the Missouri River from the front porch and the front rooms of this home. My brother and I stayed here for 5 days. The kitchen/ dinning area and living room look out windows straight at the sunrise and the river. The home is absolutely a stay here if you’re in the area. The host is very nice and is easily accessible for your stay."

"We had a very positive experience at this property in Yankton. We did wish for one more bathroom for our group of five people, but we made it work, and the rest of the stay was great. The house has its quirks in layout, but it is VERY clean and well equipped, and the beds and bedding were all very comfortable (my husband and I slept on the king-size bed). The house was well equipped and had little extras like soap and flossers available. We contacted the host, Mariah, following our first night...

"Very clean property in a quiet location. Hosts were very responsive and a great place to bring kids."

"It was very nice. Some of the family were wanting grill or fire pit access but we had family that stayed at the lodge so we were able to use theirs."

"So when we pull up to the house, it looked a little different then the pictures. It had been painted white and I was not sure of the lay out. This could have been my apprehension from booking a property sometime ago on another site. But when we went in the place was great . The only complaint was that it smelled a little musty from probably being closed up for a few weeks after the usual lake season but once we opened a window and let the air circulate it was fine. Would highly recommend it ....
