"We stayed in this home for 2 nights during our trip to Maine. The place is in close proximity to a few convenience and grocery stores, as well as many restaurants and beautiful hiking trails in a ski village. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we enjoyed the balcony at the back of the place, which has a view of the river. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and this place was a great spot for us to relax after busy days in Sugarloaf. "

"Loved, loved loved the location, the jacuzzi ad fireplace. It should be know that this is ADA compliant and everything is spacious an plenty of room for wheelchairs or walkers. Would definately stay here again."

"Our stay at Phillips condo was great! Way more spacious then what photos show. Plenty of room for a ski group to enjoy themselves. Phillip was very communicative and answered any questions that we had during our stay. Would recommend staying here, and absolutely would consider renting again in the future."

"This property is wonderful! Pictures and description are exactly as stated. Couldn't have asked for a more easier check in and check out process. For a family of four we had more than enough room at this property. We can not wait to stay again! The views, trails, falls and parks were amazing all around the property area. Now we see why Maine is known for "Vacationland"!"
