"I heard this is the best accomodation in Malone. Spacious rooms. There is a microwave in the room but no utensils or tableware. I wish they use proper utensils/tableware and not those disposable cups. I threw out so many disposable tableware during my stay. Housekeeping don't really vacuum your room when they come to do housekeeping. I'm not sure if they even change your sheets or they just pack them neatly. They definitely don't vacuum. Feels a bit old but still a decent Inn. Reception and...

"I LOVE Pert House! Sal and Jess are wonderful hosts! The only thing I noticed during my most recent stay is that the other occupants had left a mess in the kitchen the evening I arrived back. Perhaps there is a way to kindly ask all occupants to clean up after themselves because the kitchen and sitting areas are shared spaces? Other than that, it's a beautiful place to stay and the continental breakfast, coffee/tea, beverages, and snacks are wonderful! I highly recommend!!"

"The room was larger than expected which was a nice surprise. The location to the University was very good. The Inn is undergoing renovations which did take away from the atmosphere, However, it did not bother me in the least."

"Last night of a 3000 mile trip home from winter in Arizona. Cute, clean, very quiet. We were happy to support a local business. We had traveled 6 days and this was our 7th night.. the chain hotels in the area were clise to $200/night with taxes and fees. Price was fair here and the stay was wonderful!"

"My husband and I visited friends up north for 5 days and we stayed in the Scottish Inns in Potsdam for 4 nights. The motel room was spotless; which we really appreciated. The owners were lovely, and welcoming. We would definitely stay there again. There is an amazing gift store directly across the street to browse. "
