"First visit to Nice, in between legs of a longer vacation, we looked for a place that was affordable and child-friendly. Our room had a nice view of Nice and the Bay, but at the cost of many stairs. We had a 6-month old baby in tow which meant lots of luggage and heavy lifting every time we went in and out of the hotel. That said, the hotel indicated that there were lots of steps, so it was not a surprise. If renting a car, follow the arrival directions instead of GPS which is likely to take...
