The space

This apt. is a great space that I have recently renovated. You will have sole access to the entire apt. and all it has to offer. This includes cable t.v. unlimited high speed internet, a fully equipped kitchen and your own private washer/dryer. Outside you have exclusive use of the porch, bbq and side yard.

Interaction with guests

I always enjoy meeting guests, when guests arrive I generally try and give a quick tour of the property and a few suggestions of things to do in the area. Then I leave you to make yourself at home. I’m always available by phone or text throughout your stay to answer any questions you may have about the property or the area in general.

The neighbourhood

The property is in a great area, steps from the river and about a 20 min scenic walk to the Falls. In addition it is about a 20 min. scenic drive to Niagara on the Lake. One of the nice things about this place is you are very close to all the tourist attractions yet far enough away to enjoy some quiet time away from it all. And an added bonus is you are close enough to walk to some local bars and restaurants in our downtown core.

Getting around

Many guests enjoy the scenic walk along the river to go see the Falls. Others bring there bikes to take advantage of the biking trails along Niagara Parkway which run from Fort Erie to Niagara on the Lake and are accessible steps from the property( there are bike rentals available close by). One of the most popular ways for guests to get around has been the WeGo bus system which has a stop about 300 meters from the property this is a shuttle service that goes to just about all the attractions Niagara Falls has to offer. Alternatively you can use your vehicle, many people choose one of the alternatives during the busy seasons to avoid the traffic and parking fees in the Fallsview area.
