"Die Villa in Bellerive liegt an einem wunderschönen Ort direkt über dem Murtensee, tolle Aussicht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr komplett, modern und grosszügig. Grundsätzlich alles OK, wenn da nicht die Agentur HEIWA House wäre. Deren Service existiert eigentlich gar nicht. äusserst kompliziertes Check-in, kein persönlicher Kontakt zur Agentur, man wird laufend mit x-Mail bombardiert und liest offenbar die gesandten Antworten nicht. Ohne viel Glück wären wir bei unserer Ankunft (es war ja niemand...

"The apartment was very comfortable. All bedrooms had blackout shutters, which was very nice. Lovely balcony with a pretty view of the towns rooftops and the water in the distance. We had a car so we didn’t use the bus system too much but there is a stop literally right outside the building that will take you all over the city. "Unkomplizierter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und dem Hauswart. Der Check-in war einfach und das Chalet ist hervorragend ausgestattet für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind. Es gibt nichts zu meckern. Die Anfahrt mit einem großen Auto ist allerdings etwas anspruchsvoll, da das Chalet recht weit entfernt vom Dorf an einem Berghang liegt."
