"Loved the villa, 3 negatives, the villa could do with some vacuuming, dog hair everywhere, there’s not enough cooking pot and pans( a small frying pan and small pot) and check in at 5pm(too late!)."

"Only stayed for three nights, but thought it was a lovely place. The room decor is very modern/contemporary, which is what I like. Bed and bedding was comfortable, but was only a small double bed, presumably because the room was quite small. We will stay again , but will book a bigger room next time."

"The peace & quiet here was amazing! Other guests were respectful & the only noise in the morning was the ducks looking for food. Our lodge was dated but comfortable. There were a few minor issues but nothing that affected our stay. So in summary the accommodation is not luxurious but the location & setting are wonderful if it’s a quiet break you are looking for. "

"This property was an absolute dream. Fantastic views of Loch Ness, walking distance to Urquhart Castle, spacious, quiet, peaceful and clean. It was a bit difficult to find for the first time in the dark as it gets quite dark in Scotland, but that was more due to my unfamiliarity with the area than the instructions that were given. I would still recommend trying to arrive with light left in the day because the view of Loch Ness is nothing short of spectacular. I highly recommend this property and...

" Beds and sofa were comfy. TV and wi fi worked well. Kitchen well equipped.Easy access via pin code entry.Excellent communication from host. Easy walk into town. Only negative is shower water pressure"

"Loved the cottage Red Deer. We have stayed in the one bedroom before Brochure. Settee was a bit uncomfortable. No hairdryer although listed as having one, so had to go and buy a travel hairdryer. Disappointed that there wasn’t any hand soap provided in the bathroom Apart from that we would come back as it is very spacious. "

"This was our first visit to William's property and it definitely won't be our last. What a beautiful house! The photos definitely don't do it justice. William went the extra mile to put up a Christmas tree and Christmas decorations for our two small chidren and they loved it. "The rooms were spacious and clean. I didn't prefer to book a hotel with a shared bathroom, but here it was no problem. The bathroom was spacious, clean, near to the room, and no problem with availability. The hotel manager was friendly and on street parking was ample and convenient. "

Not worth it…

"This hotel needs renovation and a more pleasant staff. They were treating us rudely all over our stay, since check-in, when they refused to provide 2 keys for the room, even we were 4 people in the room! Sounded like all employees were in a hurry to finish their jobs instead of creating a good experience for customers. Rooms need serious renovation, the carpet is covered by dust when you look under tables and behind the beds."
