"This home was just what our family needed. We were coming from four different locations for our annual family fun weekend. Age range was 7 to 77 with one medium-sized dog. We were so comfortable staying here and enjoyed the amenities. All five bedrooms and three bathrooms are very nice. The kitchen is very roomy, stocked with enough dishes to prepare meals, and the Keurig is a nice touch. We liked that three vehicles could park off the street. "What an inviting, peaceful home! It was the perfect place for us to stay while in town for our son’s wedding. There was plenty of room for our group of 12 to relax and visit. "We stayed in the Lower Flat for USU Parents weekend and it was such a perfect location for it. We were very close to campus but also close to lots of restaurants as well as the start of the homecoming parade. This felt like home away from home with a great sitting area, very comfortable bed and amenities like a Kuren and full sized laundry. We will definitely be back during our son’s 4 years at Utah State. "

"Our cozy room was perfect for our needs. It was comfortable, tastefully decorated and in impeccable condition. The “towel-igami” was a small but thoughtful touch that added to the charm. The breakfast area was well stocked with the standard selections. The entrance to the property was a little tricky to find at night, but on the flip side, it’s set back enough from Main Street to minimize traffic noise. We will stay here again."
