Sunny Corner is a new, comfortable and homely apartment near the centre of the picturesque coastal village of Crantock. It is just 10 minutes walk from the beach and the village shops, cafe and pub. It sleeps 4 to 5 people and has driveway parking for one car. It has a beautifully sunny decked area, which lives up to its name!
The main living area comprises of a large and spacious open plan sitting room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The large windows and south facing French doors means it is often flooded by the light and warmth of the sunshine, which makes it an ideal place to completely relax and unwind. The large double glass doors lead out to the South facing decked area which is sheltered from the onshore breezes creating a perfect sun trap for soaking up the Cornish sunshine. The decked area is equipped with table and 4 chairs for outside dining. With the doors pinned open, "Sunny Corner" provides the perfect opportunity for inside/outside living.
The property has a fully equipped kitchen with all you need, including a microwave, oven and hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and plenty of storage cupboards.
The dining area has a wooden extending table which can seat 4-6 people. (The pictures show the table un-extended - there are two additional leaves which can be pulled out). There is also a high chair provided
The living area has a large 3 seater sofa and a single armchair, and is equipped with a digital TV (with freeview) and HDMI connectors (so guests can connect their personal laptops to the TV to watch DVDs, iplayers etc).
There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a double bunk bed with single bunk on top. A travel cot is provided.
The bedrooms are equipped with chest of drawers and black out curtains ensuring a comfortable and restful night’s sleep.
The bathroom is ensuite (situated between the two bedrooms with Jack and Jill doors to both bedrooms). It has a bath, an over-bath electric shower, WC, washbasin with overhead light with electric shaving point and a heated towel rail.
The apartment also has laundry facilities including iron, ironing board, washing machine and airing racks. Guests have sole use of the lockable garage which provides plenty of space to securely store surfboards, bikes, etc
There is off road parking on the driveway for one car.
