Cozy ocean view studio
Very well appointed and clean. Located in a quiet community right off the beach. The ocean view is breathtaking! The property has beach access and several shops and eateries within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cozy beachfront studio, and will defintely book again for our next visit.

Very nice little condo with excellent balcony and view. The unit is well stocked with everything you might need The 10 am checkout time is a little unreasonable, especially during the off season. They sent us a note telling us we could check in early but we were already on route to arrive at close to 4 pm, so couldn't take advantage of that. We travel a lot and found these check-in/out policies somewhat rigid compared to the norm.

Lovely ocean view and charming area known as Nye, Beach. Cons: the king bed is way too soft. Could not get a good nights sleep. Too many rugs. A very thick pad was placed underneath one rug that caused a tripping hazard. Same with outdoor area—the wind came up and blew a corner of a rug just as I was walking back inside and almost tripped. Couch needs to be upgraded.

Pretty decent spot
Place was really close to the beach & the condo was cute overall. Bed was comfortable. The downsides were that the shower had hair everywhere upon check in. A couple hairs in the bathroom sink too. The rest of the place looked fine. The key to the pool area did not work for us originally. I texted the maintenance line and they simply said we could use the pool but weren’t any help with the key. I asked the only person on site i could find and he said my key was fine. Upon trying to unlock the pool later in the day my key again did not work. Then it became unclear if the pool was even open/available to use. The next morning there was a cover over the hot tub and handle to the pool. Good location but communication was strained.

A good value with beach access and near Nye Beach. Everything was functional and clean. Some is a bit Oregon beach funky, but fine for us. One thing to note is that there are 1/4 inch foam mats under the floor rugs. A bit of a tripping hazard for my wife with knee issues. The long entry code is a bit scary if the phone goes dead, but worked every time. Overall, no complaints. We would book it again.

Awesome stay!
This place looked just like it did in the pictures. It had everything we needed. They even had games, an ice cooler, beach chairs, and other helpful things. It was comfortable and you can’t beat that view from your balcony! The one thing it could use is some blackout curtains and there are rods already in place. But that’s a minor thing. We would definitely stay here again!!

Excellent location for beach access and walking to Nye Beach. Good condition, and a nice balcony facing the ocean. The bed is comfortable, but the stand is a bit tall. Plenty of kitchen wear. Could have used a bit more cleaning on the counters, etc. Also, a table would be great at which to eat, instead of just the counter. We will definitely return!!

Terrible experience
Communication is awful with this property. They are managed by a third party and it’s impossible to get a hold of anyone. In addition to being dirty and dingy in the room itself, there was construction the entire day we stayed there—loud banging, drilling, hammering—from 9 am to 5 pm. Despite the rooms not being full at all, we were unable to communicate with anyone to move us to a different room, so we had to deal with construction directly over us any time we came back. The bed was also very uncomfortable, with two singles that were pushed together and buckled in the center. Book elsewhere!

Perfect holiday getaway

Lovely place!
Easy access to beach…114 steps, but I was able to access, slow but steady! Studio was perfect for the two of us! Walking distance to shops, coffee shops and places in Nye Beach. I was able to watch my DVD when hubby was busy! Looked like a nice clean pool, hot tub…but we didn’t use it! Is a 2nd floor place, but again, we were able to use easily. Yes! We will come again!

Anniversary get away....
We really enjoyed our stay. The place was just as advertised. A studio with a great kitchen and everything you may need. The items provided by the owner in case you forgot some of the essentials was a caring touch. We didn't need anything but if a toothbrush or some other necessity was forgotten it was provided. A little gem with a great view at a great price. Thank you for opening your home for others to enjoy!

Great location with stunning sunsets
This property is in the perfect location for both Nye Beach and Newport. Both easily accessible by walking. The beach is so beautiful and the Marina with its shops and restaurants is a must visit! The sunsets from the balcony were breathtaking and driving to other local attractions like the Devil’s Punchbowl was just a short drive. It was comfortable and had everything you will need. We loved our 4 night stay! A bonus was the little pool and hot tub after busy days walking and exploring.

Perfect spot but needs new matress
We came here for our 11th wedding anniversary and it was perfect. The location is great for shopping during the day and has peaceful evenings. The room was clean and bright with a lot of privacy. Our ONLY complaint was the mattress needs to be replaced. The middle is broken and creates a V shape in the middle. Otherwise, its a great place to stay.

Great stay at beachfront Studio
The unit was very clean and the view of the water from the room was amazing. You can actually sun bathe in the living room with the door open in the evenings instead of the windy windy beach. Newport’s beach is long and flat so the wind was insane! FYI the beach access from the condos is closed and blocked off so we had to drive somewhere to get there. Walking in shorts to the water with the stinging sand hitting you wasn’t ideal but Brian Booth State park has Beaver creek which was amazing for paddle boarding. Overall had a great time and enjoyed the room.
