There are six bedrooms (2 are lofts) to accommodate 12 guests. The master bedroom with a king-sized bed, and the other rooms with plush queen beds, and they all have en-suite bathrooms!
The top-floor balcony is the sweet spot with a hot tub and a view! The perfect way to unwind after a big beach day!
And don’t forget to take a stroll down the boardwalk dock that leads to a sofa lounge area right on the water.
Stroll the boardwalk, walk pier-to-pier, enjoy water activities and the beach just steps away, ferry to the islands, do some amazing shopping, or play some golf. There is truly something for everyone here!
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the house during your stay. It’s a duplex home with two separate rentals and multiple balconies. Please note that the owner's yacht is moored out front, but it is not accessible to guests.
It’s a 3-story duplex home. Guests will need to climb stairs to reach the upper levels and the 3rd-floor deck area.
We provide complimentary essentials like soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent sponges, toilet paper, and paper towels.
There’s no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like the place cleaned during your stay, that service can be arranged for an extra fee.
The home is equipped with a noise monitoring system (not a recording device, it just measures decibels of volume). When the noise level gets too high, it notifies us. Newport Beach is very strict with their Noise Ordinance and all fines associated with your stay are the responsibility of the paying guest.
The BBQ grill at the property is available to use with a propane tank included. Just need to pay a grill-cleaning fee.
Please note that the owner's yacht is moored out front, but it is not accessible to guests. There is a boat rental option available. Please let us know in advance if you are interested.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors. The home is equipped with noise sensors that will notify us if the volume at the home exceeds the acceptable level.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- NO PETS allowed.
