This downstairs Getaway has a full kitchen with granite counters, new appliances, dining area, hard wood floors throughout and a spacious outdoor patio complete with seating and barbecue! Both bedrooms are complete with luxurious bedding, ceiling fans, and Large flat screen TVs with cable for your vacation enjoyment. 1 Bedroom has a King bed and 1 has a Queen bed with sofa bed in front room that sleeps 2. Other amenities include high speed wi-fi, front room large flat screen TV, DVD player, cable, Netflix, coin operated washer/dryer in the laundry room located beside the garage. Beach enjoyment includes umbrella, ice chest, wagon, boogie boards, beach towels and 2 beach chairs.

Relax and unwind from life’s challenges and stress at beautiful Seaview Getaways! You are just a short stroll to quaint shops, café’s, bakeries, Starbucks and restaurants at Corona del Mar Village. When you are done shopping and dining in the village you are conveniently located just steps from one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Southern California with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean shoreline and Catalina Island. Just minutes away from world-class shopping and dining at Fashion Island featuring Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Saks Fifth Ave., The Cheesecake Factory, PF Changes and many other first-class experiences. Balboa Island is just a short 2 miles / 5-minute drive away to the north, Crystal Cove and Laguna Beach is a short drive to the south. The Corona Del Mar certified farmer’s market is 1 block away where farmers sell directly to the public every Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1 PM. Located on the corner of Marguerite Ave. and Pacific Coast Highway. If you like the idea of making memories of making s'mores around a fire at night, CDM State Beach has many fire rings waiting for you!

Doug was a wonderful host!
We had a wonderful time. House was very clean and bed was super comfortable. Loved the location and patio. It had everything you needed for the beach which was huge for us as we flew and couldn’t bring a ton with us. Has ac in every room which was super nice. Parking was convenient and you had your space to park in garage. You could walk to the beach and near by restaurants.

Perfect Beach House
We loved our time at Doug’s well-equipped ocean view cottage! This was the perfect spot for our young family to walk to the beach, playground, and shops. The thoughtful layout made the most of the space and view; I loved seeing the Pacific from the kitchen. The combination of parking, thoughtful touches, a large private patio, immaculate bedrooms and fully stocked beach gear makes for a frictionless rental. I love everything about this place and will be returning with friends to take over all four units.

Relaxing Recovery
My husband was here for surgery and we needed a quiet relaxing place for him to recover close to his doctor. This property was perfect! Comfortable beds and linens! The heater worked great and was quiet and the neighborhood was amazing! My daily walks were incredible and lots of fun places to explore nearby while he relaxed in the patio. The unit was small and old school but clean and well kept. It met all of our needs. The owner provided us with so much information about the area and was so responsive to any questions that came up. A perfect host! Thank you!

Amazing experience!!
Perfect location to make people coming to the beach for sunset jealous since you’re already there! Good view of the ocean from the patio too! Well stocked kitchen as well. Host was very responsive and provided extra information for activities. Will be back here next time in CA!

Our second stay at this property was just as good as the first. The location is perfect for getting to restaurants and the beach, the rental is clean, great patio and amenitites and easy check-in/out process. Would highly recommend!

Perfect spot for a long weekend!
We were in town for a soccer tournament about an hour away and this was the perfect spot to come back to and relax after our games. We enjoyed the shopping and eating and easy access to the beach. In addition, there are many fun things to do and see within a quick drive. We hope to return with the rest of our family!

Gorgeous location!
Corona Del Matt is a pristine location, the entire neighborhood is clean, aesthetic pleasing, and safe. The condo is a perfect home base and had everything we needed. A quick walk to multiple beaches and coffee shops. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Everything about our stay in Getaway A was perfect! Beautifully decorated with all the amenities you could wish for… and the super comfortable beds were heavenly. Located in the gorgeous flower streets of CdM with a small ocean view…it was extremely relaxing and a great home base for our other activities in the area. We hope to return soon!

A great stay
Fantastic property and location, we had a great stay. Clean and very well maintained apartment. Beautiful view from the patio and less than a 2 min walk to the beach. The neighbourhood is lovely. Communication with Doug was seamless and I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

A cozy stay
I can't write enough about how lovely this cozy stay was for my son, myself and grandma. If you are unable to decide between the other units (A, B, C, or D), I say choose A if you want the gorgeous outdoor patio and ocean view. Everythin you need is walking distance from either unit. The beds are just like home, and that is super important to me. They don't provide cheap accommodations like other beach front properties. Truly at the top of my list for the OC area. Highly recommend and will be staying, again soon.

What a great condo!!!!
This condo was lovely. The beds are incredibly comfortable with luxurious linens. The patio is AMAZING! Very large seating area, large dining table, BBQ and a peak view of the ocean! The owner is very attentive and so kind. We loved it!!!

Amazing Oasis!
This place is ideal! One block from the ocean, surrounded by multi-million dollar homes, close to everything, and an exceptional front patio to enjoy the cool evening breezes. Just blocks from everything you could need, and a short drive for everything else. I think Corona Del Mar is the nicest neighborhood in Orange County, and this property puts you in the heart of it. Great communication with the property owner, could not have asked for more. Don’t hesitate, this place is ideal. Not fancy, but very nicely appointed. A tremendous value for the location. Side note: there is some traffic at the four way stop (I rarely saw anyone actually stop, a lot of the CA “rolling stop”, but it quieted down in the evening and never bothered us.

This place was amazing! Loved Unit A. At first, I thought I had picked another unit, but we were on corner and could see the ocean. I brought my mother here to celebrate her! I think she really enjoyed it. It is close to everything. I pretty much walked every where. I will definitely be back, if I have to go back to California for a visit. Thank you, Doug.
